Toets indrukken en genieten – zo simpel kan de bediening van ENA 4 worden samengevat. Er kunnen vooraf drie aromaniveaus en gemalen koffie worden geselecteerd. Volgens JURA’s motto «vers gemalen, niet uit capsules» zorgt de Professional Aroma Grinder voor een ideale smaakontplooiing.

Met het pulserend extractieproces (P.E.P.®) wordt de extractietijd voor korte specialiteiten geoptimaliseerd en ontstaan er nieuwe aromadimensies. Verder is hiermee de grootst denkbare flexibiliteit bij de programmering van het volume van de kopjes mogelijk.
