De broek is gemaakt van geweldige softshell-stof en is winddicht, warm en waterdicht. Een ander voordeel van softshell is dat het zeer flexibel is, zodat je niet beperkt wordt in je bewegingsvrijheid. De stof is bovendien PFC-vrij om het gebruik van deze schadelijke chemische stof te beperken en het milieu minder te belasten. In plaats daarvan gebruiken we een milieuvriendelijke oplossing om de stof waterdicht te maken. De hoge tailleband van neopreen wordt gesloten met behulp van drukknopen. Great Book.
Format: Mass Market Paperback
Its great to be able to go back and read Stokely Carmichael today in his own words. This book provides an excellent overview of what black power means and how the concept originated. Although the book seems a bit dated today, many of the ideas presented are still entirely relevant.
Ive only given the book four stars due to its age. Many of the statistics presented are dated, and undoubtedly there are other texts available today that present these ideas in a much better/newer way. But if you are interested in Stokely Carmichael and what he stood for, this is the book to read.

Excellent articulation of the Black Power initiative within the Civil ...
Format: Paperback
Excellent articulation of the Black Power initiative within the Civil Rights Movement. A detailed view of Black Power, it's objectives, how these would be achieved, as well as it's misinterpretations.
An afterword from each author appended in 1992 provides insight, reflection, and perspective on all that's changed, and what hasn't, since the book's publishing.

Get one while you can
Format: Mass Market Paperback
Any book with the name Stokely Carmichael is a rare find. You can easily find the same book with Kwame Ture as the author since he changed his name and so later editions reflects the name change. Kwame Ture (fka Stokely Carmichael) changed his name for a reason. However, those of us from the sixties can never forget him nor the name Stokely Carmichael.
