De achteruitrijlicht met zwaailamp is een krachtige LED-achteruitrijlamp met geïntegreerde strobe-waarschuwingsfunctie. De achteruitrijlicht met zwaailamp beschikt over ECE-certificeringen R23 en R65, wat zowel de omkeerverlichting als de strobosignaalfunctie wettelijk erkent. De robuuste behuizing met IP67-classificatie maakt de lamp stof- en waterdicht, perfect voor intensief gebruik in zware omgevingen

ECE R 65 Lichtverdeling volgens ECE-R65 (E-keurmerk) De zwaailampen moeten volgens de voorschriften van ECE-R65 zo zijn gebouwd, dat ze bij normaal gebruik ondanks de daarbij optredende schommelingen probleemloos blijven werken en dat ze de in deze regeling voorgeschreven eigenschappen behouden. Het is belangrijk dat de zwaailamp zo is gebouwd, dat het na een juiste montage op het voertuig niet kan worden bewogen. Een verkeerde montage kan de waarschuwingswerking afnemen. De lichtwaarden worden op een afstand van ten minste 25 m gemeten. Bij alle lampen, die niet zijn uitgerust met gloeilampen als lichtbron, moeten de gemeten lichtsterkten na één minuut en na 30 minuten voldoen aan de minimum- en maximumeisen. Dit illustreert het belang van thermomanagement in LED-zwaailampen, want alleen door een optimale temperatuurregeling kunnen optimale lichtwaarden ook bij langer gebruik worden gegarandeerd. Een zwaailamp moet zo op het voertuig zijn aangebracht, dat het waarschuwingssignaal vanuit iedere positie op een afstand van 20 m herkenbaar is. Als dit niet mogelijk is, moeten aanvullende waarschuwingssystemen (bijv. extra zwaailampen) worden aangebracht op het voertuig

Verbeterde zichtbaarheid: ECE R23 schrijft minimale lichtintensiteit (minimaal 80 candelas langs de referentie-as) en maximale afscherming voor verblinding (niet boven ±300–8000cd afhankelijk van hoeken) voor, om ervoor te zorgen dat achterliggende objecten goed worden verlicht zonder tegemoetkomend verkeer te verblinden.

Waarschuwingsfunctie: De lamp moet duidelijk aangeven dat een voertuig achteruit gaat of gaat manoeuvreren.

De ECE R148-certificering is een relatief nieuwe regelgeving die de bestaande normen voor voertuigverlichting bundelt en vervangt. Deze norm omvat meerdere lichtfuncties zoals achterlichten, richtingaanwijzers, mistlampen, markeringslichten én achteruitrijverlichting. ECE R148 heeft onder andere de oudere ECE R23 (achteruitrijlicht) en R7 (achterlicht) samengebracht in één uniforme richtlijn.

De R148-norm stelt strikte eisen aan:

  • lichtintensiteit

  • lichtverdeling

  • kleur

  • zichtbaarheidshoeken

om maximale veiligheid en standaardisatie op Europese wegen te waarborgen. Verlichting met een ECE R148-keurmerk voldoet aan de nieuwste technische en wettelijke eisen en mag zonder aanvullende goedkeuring worden gebruikt op voertuigen binnen de EU.

I spent the $20 I saved on stuff to make this thing functional-ish

The only reason this is getting three stars is because I do like the ability to shut off the steam and also it puts out the perfect amount of water and cleans well. For the bad, the design is terrible in four important ways as mentioned in other reviews (which I wish I had read before purchase so my fault). 1. This thing will not stand in its own unless in a very particular position and even then a slight gust of wind sends it toppling. 2. The one hook cord storage has to be the stupidest design I have ever seen. I did buy a command hook so I could wind the cord so that takes care of that issue (other than no notch to secure the plug to the cord). 3. The cord is not long enough but again I remedied this with a 6ft extension cord though I’m sure this is probably not recommended somewhere in the instructions so I take my own risk. 4. I did not like the pad included but have a ton from my old Shark steam mop (RIP) and they work well enough with this mop so it’s not completely useless. I would not recommend this mop to anyone. It is a bit cheaper than the Shark mop I was looking to replace but wish I wouldn’t have let my cheap side win and it’s spent the extra $20 to get a mop I know I like.

Quality Knives At A Bargain Price

I have had these knives for almost 18 months now and they have held up great Edge retention is fantastic, and as long as you treat them right and don't leave dried tomato sauce on them for 5 days, no rust to speak of or even any discoloring! The build is fantastic and they are well balanced. I still can't believe I got this set for the price I did. I have a collection of pocket knives, I own Japanese wet stones to sharpen and understand what 8cr13mov, s30V and 14c28n is in knife production. (It's metal alloys BTW.) Having said that, I was a bit picky in finding a knife set that was quality built, had good steel and didn't cost $800. I honestly don't know how they are producing this set and not losing their shirts. Full tang design (One piece of steel from tip through the handle to the butt), and has nice glass fiber reinforced polymer handle material. I can't find any reference to this set in particular for what steel is used, but based on using various steel through the years I have a pretty good idea what this probably is. (BTW, I hate to break to you. At this price, it's absolutely NOT German steel...and that's okay anyway.) Brodark references Japanese VG10 steel with their other stand alone chef knives. It is common in the Chinese knife industry to copy an alloy alloy and call it by it's original name. It's NOT Japanese steel. What is commonly referred to as VG10 is 10cr15mov or 8cr15mov. Both are fine steel to use for a "general purpose" knife and perform similar to Japanese VG10, or even US made 440c stainless...perhaps even a little better than 440c. The steel in these knives is pretty dang hard, which makes me think it is 10cr15mov. The 10 is the Chromium content in the alloy. More chromium, more hard, more hard ='s more brittle. There is a balance of how hard without being brittle. Some knife makers use super hard steel to get a wicked sharp edge that holds for a while...buuuut then after a year of use you see all the chips along the edge or perhaps even a tip has snapped off. That's hard, brittle steel. You can't fix chips unless you grind them down and create a totally new edge on the knife and start over. These Brodark knives find a nice balance of hardness for edge retention but enough give to not chip or break off under general use. Like I said, almost 1.5 years of use and no chips, bends, or scratches. I still can't believe I paid around $50 for them. Incredible.
