Si presenta di un bel rosso rubino alla vista, con leggeri rimandi granata all’unghia. La frutta rossa e scura è matura e a tratti sotto spirito, accompagnata da note vegetali e da richiami speziati. Il palato è caldo e corposo, consistente nella trama tannica e di ottima lunghezza.“Noi 4”, ovvero il poker bordolese per eccellenza, composto da cabernet franc, merlot, cabernet sauvignon e petit verdot: queste sono le mosse da cui prende il via questo Rosso di Bolgheri etichettato “Tenuta Sette Cieli”. Un blend che prende forma dal desiderio di esplorare nuovi territorio, di scoprire nuove essenze. Fermentato a temperatura controllata con macerazione sulle bucce per venti giorni, invecchia in barrique di rovere francese per almeno un anno. È un Bolgheri DOC davvero coi fiocchi.
Da scegliere in abbinamento alle seconde portate a base di carne, è ideale insieme con il cosciotto di capretto arrosto.

Unparalleled source of heme iron.
This stuff is medicine if your are anemic or have low serum iron. Elemental iron from veggies or pills must be prepared by your body to carry oxygen in hemoglobin. Not so with iron from animals and oysters are unparalleled in iron content. Even if you don't find them delicious you will find them efficacious.

Do not recommend
Edible, though barely. Definitely the worst tasting oysters I've tried of all the brands. Hopefully I don't get food poisoning as has been reported by other reviewers.

High quality product.
Warmth? I’m not sure what that means. I make a simple dish out of these, some milk, butter and salt and pepper—then I “warm” it up. They’re a little pricey but the quality and taste/flavor is great. I would definitely buy them again.

Good and can be used in many dishes.
These are pretty good mussels they have not been smoked or anything added to it but mussels, water and salt. Since they are packed like that, you can use them in a variety of dishes.
I would buy them again but only when they're on sale because they are pricey.
