Alleen gesinterde metalen blokken kunnen voldoen aan de behoeften van de meest veeleisende rijder:

Hoge remkracht
Weinig verwarming
Goede reactie bij lage temperaturen
Gebruik onder water, modder en stof
Zonder geluid

Deze zijn vervaardigd met tot 10 edelmetalen (zoals brons, ijzer, koper ...) naast andere verbindingen zoals grafiet (afgeleid van koolstof), of zelfs keramiek. Ze zijn echter nikkelvrij, aangezien dit een gevaarlijk materiaal voor de gezondheid is.

Elk van deze componenten speelt een essentiële rol in de wrijving van het blok met de schijf, wat zorgt voor tact, het vermijden van geluid en het verbeteren van de effectiviteit. De tablet wordt rectified, gecontroleerd en verpakt volgens zorgvuldige processen en ISO-kwaliteitsnormen.

CL Brakes gesinterde blokken worden vervaardigd in Frankrijk (Gennevilliers), wat maximale kwaliteit en vertrouwen voor de rijder biedt.
