In de geur aroma’s van aardbei, framboos en rode kers, aangevuld met roze grapefruit en rode bes. Door de rijping op de lie zijn ook tonen van brioche, toast en een lichte kruidigheid aanwezig.

Wat je proeft
Droog van stijl met frisse zuren en een fijne mousse. Smaken van aardbei, rode kers en framboos worden ondersteund door citrusfruit en subtiele tonen van brioche. De rijping op de lie geeft extra complexiteit zonder het fruit te overheersen. De afdronk is droog en aanhoudend, met tonen van rood fruit, grapefruit en toast.

Oogst & Wijnbereiding
Deze biologische rosé cava wordt gemaakt van 100% Garnacha afkomstig uit de hooggelegen wijngaarden van Requena. Na een korte schilweking voor kleur en aroma’s volgt de tweede gisting op fles volgens de traditionele methode. De wijn rijpt vervolgens meer dan 22 maanden op de lie, ruim boven de wettelijke minimumeis voor Reserva. Een bijzonder detail is dat de dosage afkomstig is uit de historische familiesolera van Pago de Tharsys, een reservewijn die al meer dan 25 jaar wordt aangevuld. Hierdoor voegt de dosage niet alleen zoetheid toe, maar ook extra complexiteit en subtiele rijpingstonen.

The Perfect First Shoe! Worth the Price.
My little one was just starting the stand/learning to walk and we wanted something to protect his feet while we were out of the house. Since babies/toddlers grow out of their shoes so quickly, I tried desperately to find shoes that didn't cost more than $20. I just wish they made larger sizes because I am going to have to start the hunt all over for the perfect shoe once he grows out of the biggest size that Robeez sells. Save yourself time and avoid wasting money on shoes that don't stay on. Just buy these shoes!
