Ingredienten
Monnikspeper (vitex agnus castus) capsulewand (cellulose HPMC) vulstof: microkristallijne cellulose (cellulosegel) antiklontermiddel: magnesiumstearaat.

Gebruik
Dagelijks 1 tot 2 capsules direct na het wakker worden of bij de maaltijd innemen. Bij slikproblemen mag de capsule geopend worden.
In sommige gevallen is de invloed van Vitex agnus castus al binnen enkele weken merkbaar. Meestal duurt het echter meer dan een maand tot soms zelfs een half jaar voordat een verandering geconstateerd wordt.
Niet gebruiken tijdens de zwangerschap.
