Crafted with innovative acoustic frameworks and advanced tuning techniques, it embodies the essence of "dreams." From ergonomic design and testing of headphone contours to the pre-research of multi-unit internal stacking, unit selection, and combination, to the solution of various challenges such as digital acoustic simulation technology, independent sound guide tube path design, crossover point calculation, phase consistency correction, system damping optimization, and RC circuit design, every aspect has undergone meticulous refinement over two years, spanning 35 major revisions and hundreds of fine adjustments. Like an alchemist of music, we obsessively crafted the golden formula of art and science. The tuning target curve of EM10 satisfies both audiophiles' exceptional listening experience and the recording and mixing needs of professional musicians. Simgot pays homage to art and science.
Single-sided 1 DD + 8 BA + 1 PZT
The EM10 features a luxurious configuration of single-sided 1 dynamic driver, 8 balanced armature drivers, and 1 piezoelectric ceramic driver. Through extensive unit selection and acoustic experiments, we ingeniously constructed a ten-in-one matrix acoustic architecture. We finely adjusted and precisely controlled the frequency response of each unit to achieve overall balance. An energetic 8mm custom-designed high-polymer diaphragm strong magnetic circuit dynamic driver provides robust and detailed low-frequency performance. Meticulously selected distinctive mid-high frequency balanced armature drivers and piezoelectric ceramic drivers compensate for high-frequency and ultra-high-frequency, merging tones into a unified whole, delivering an ethereal auditory feast.
Customized Multi-layer PZT Acoustic Exciter
The EM10 adopts a PZT piezoelectric ceramic transducer with a pure copper vibrating substrate, multi-layer composite piezoelectric ceramic coating. Unlike the conventional approach of placing PZT directly in front of the unit, which may cause unnatural mechanical sound, we placed the PZT on the metal back cover of the rear cavity and combined it with the 'lotus-style' structure connection points of the earphone back cover, ensuring the main body suspension. We effectively eliminated the "mechanical sound" sensation of PZT, dissolved the roughness, retained its compensation for high-frequency and ultra-high-frequency, and improved the overall acoustic performance of the headphones.
Independent Multi-channel Sound Damping System & RC Quad Crossover
After understanding the frequency characteristics of the selected dynamic driver, balanced armature modules, and piezoelectric ceramic pieces, we precisely calculated and designed the four-way RC circuit, allocating different units to their respective frequency ranges to fully exploit their characteristics. With the multi-channel sound damping tuning system, we adjusted parameters such as front cavity volume, acoustic path path, damping ventilation, etc., to avoid sound distortion and unnatural sound caused by inconsistent phase. The combination of independent sound channels and electronic crossovers helps the EM10 achieve smooth and continuous frequency response and phase. This setup effectively reduces the Q value of mid-high frequencies, ensuring seamless full-range connection and naturalness.
Precise and Interference-free Tuning
By adjusting the guide tube path and diameter, along with tuning cloth and damping components' position and ventilation, we achieve precise adjustment of each sound path.
Litz Silver-plated Copper Wire
The EM10 comes standard with a high-quality oxygen-free copper silver-plated wire with a 0.78mm 2-pin interchangeable design. Utilizing Litz stranding and large-diameter multi-core design, it ensures high-fidelity signal transmission, deepening sound separation and transparency. This not only makes the background crystal clear, presenting a more beautiful and clean effect for vocals and instruments, but also offers a transparent and anti-oxidation outer coating. This coating is lightweight, flexible, durable, and wear-resistant for long-term use. The stable and reliable double-pin male and female seat system escorts durability. Equipped with standard 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced interchangeable audio plugs, it comprehensively adapts to various types of playback devices, further enhancing product versatility and user experience.

The EM10's single-sided 10-unit configuration shell design has undergone multiple cycles of resin 3D printing, human ear wearing feedback, and reconstruction of 3D after polishing and copying.
