Deze cava is een prachtig eerbetoon aan Anna de Codorníu, de oprichtster van het wijnhuis, en belichaamt haar vrouwelijke elegantie en passie voor kwaliteit. Anna de Codorniu Cava Ice Rosé is ideaal voor levendige en feestelijke momenten. Anna ICE, wordt gemaakt van Chardonnay als aanvulling op de traditionele druivensoorten Macabeo, Xarel·lo en Parellada. De druiven zijn afkomstig van twee verschillende herkomstgebieden. Een deel van de druiven groeit in een wijngaard met een landklimaat en omvat de Chardonnay-variëteit, terwijl een tweede deel uit het Middellandse Zeegebied afkomstig is en de traditionele variëteiten omvat. De gebruikte druiven zijn afkomstig van de eigen wijngaarden in Lleida, het gebied met het meest continentale klimaat in de DO Cava. Dit klimaat bevordert een optimale concentratie, verbeterde zuurgraad, meer body en een verhoogde aromatische intensiteit in de druiven. De wijn presenteert zich in een heldere, bleek kersenrode kleur die direct de aandacht trekt. Zijn aromatische karakter betovert onmiddellijk met zachte en weelderige aroma's van rood fruit, waaronder sappige frambozen, rijpe aardbeien en verrukkelijke kersjes, die harmonieus samengaan met subtiele hints van viooltjes. In smaak heerlijk fruitig. De iets hogere dosage, die aan deze cava is toegevoegd, versterkt de fruitige tonen en voegt een vleugje zoetheid toe, wat bijdraagt aan de verfrissende en levendige smaak. Chemistry/connection & spice were great, but there was so much potential for a better story!

The potential of this story was high and the chemistry and connection between the characters was well done, but the "climax" was anti-climatic unfortunately. The author could have done so much more with a story about a stalker and fame. The spicy scenes were very well written/very hot, but I wish we had a more exciting ending with higher stakes and a bigger reward for the high stakes. I had to dock 1 star for that.

hot and heavy

Although the smart is limited, it is very heavy and extremely well detailed. I loved how the love story blossom and we got to see every aspect, it seems any other book. I’ve read lately. The love story doesn’t get quite an enough detail put in. All in all it was a really nice book to read. A break from the depressing historical fiction. I’ve been reading lately.

Great Story.

I thought this book was very entertaining. I found it interesting that the main character, Natalie Keane famous actress had so much trauma since she was a child that continued to build when she was kidnapped that kept her secluded. I liked the other main character, Taylor Vaughn, a bodyguard who also supported her parents who's is so sweet of her. Taylor had physical issues that helped her relate in some way with Natalie. Though their relationship was fake at the beginning as time went on it became more real which both realized they were in love. I liked that the author gave detail descriptions of the main characters. Though I wished it was more in the beginning chapters and not throughout the story. I did like the ending and epilogue. I was a little disappointed there wasn't more. I truly enjoyed reading this. I would recommend this book to everyone that loves a good romance.

Excellent bodyguard story!

Anytime Rachel Lacey releases a new book, I drop whatever I'm doing to read it, because I know it'll be a banger. And Cover Story definitely didn't disappoint! Natalie, an A-list actress, is struggling to live without fear after a horrible stalker experience 8 years ago that she can never seen to get past. With news that the man is getting out on parole soon, Natalie hires Taylor, a bodyguard who is also going to pose as her girlfriend.
I really loved this story. Both Natalie and Taylor have struggles and fears, and the author did such a tremendous job of making them into full-fledged characters that felt very authentic. Their dynamic as actress and bodyguard, both trying not to fall in love (and failing) was really fun to read. Their chemistry was off the charts hot, as were their spicy scenes!
The secondary characters and the Hollywood setting made the story and their lives feel very real, too. I'm going to have to go back and reread Stars Collide now!
