Questo bianco fruttato e floreale, appartenente alla denominazione Venezia Giulia IGT, si distingue per la sorprendente mineralità, derivata dal terroir carsico in cui nasce e dalla maturazione nelle cantine scavate interamente nella pietra calcarea. Un vino eccellente, giustamente premiato con numerosi premi e riconoscimenti.
Ottimo al momento dell'aperitivo o dell'antipasto con stuzzichini salati. A cena si abbina perfettamente con piatti a base di frutti di mare, come dei freschissimi spaghetti ai ricci, o con delle cruditè di pesce e crostacei.
