Door de RPG- en Simulatie-genres te combineren, beheer je je studenten door hun leerschema's en cursussen te bepalen, hun statistieken en vaardigheden op te bouwen om ze te vormen tot de helden die je wenst. Deze statistieken zijn essentieel wanneer je je studenten naar missies van mensen over heel Valthiria stuurt om verschillende vijanden te verslaan in strategische turn-based gevechten en om de bekendheid van je academie te vergroten. Toch is er geen tijd om op lauweren te rusten - elk schooljaar zullen de senioren afstuderen en eerstejaars inschrijven, dus het is van cruciaal belang om je academie te beheren om te passen bij het dynamische rooster van studenten!

Functies:
- Creëer je eigen heldenacademie - Als directeur van de academie is het jouw taak om je studenten toe te wijzen welke klassen en cursussen ze moeten leren, en ze om te vormen tot de helden die je wilt dat ze worden? Je managementstijl bepaalt het soort missies dat je kunt doen. Omdat vijanden vastzitten aan de sleutels van studenten, vereist het vervullen van moeilijkere missies specifieke roosters om deze uitdagingen op te lossen.
- Plannen, voorspellen, uitvoeren, herhalen - Foresight en strategische turn-by-turn beslissingen zijn van cruciaal belang om te slagen in ons unieke turn-based gevechtssysteem. Gebouwd rond op klassen gebaseerde vaardigheden en het doorbreken van vijandelijke zwakheden, worden spelers beloond voor zowel het brengen van een optimale teamsamenstelling als het nemen van berekende risico's in gevechten!
- Beheer een dynamisch studentenrooster - Ondanks de verleiding om je te concentreren op het verzorgen en verbeteren van alleen de beste studenten, is het als directeur jouw plicht om ervoor te zorgen dat elk kind dat onder de vleugels van je academie wordt genomen, gedijt. Studenten blijven slechts drie jaar voordat ze moeten afstuderen, en elk van hen zal de reputatie van je academie beïnvloeden (wat hoogbegaafde studenten zal afschrikken om zich volgend jaar in te schrijven!).

If I was going to rename the book, I would call it How to Work With People.
