De WCS C220 73D stuurpen biedt 17° positieve of negatieve stijging. De boutkrachten zijn uitgelijnd met de klem zodat de stuurpen het stuur 'omarmt', waardoor lichtgewicht sturen minder snel beschadigd raakt. Dit klemontwerp maakt een lichtere frontplaat en stuurpenhuis mogelijk zonder boeten aan sterkte of stijfheid. De stuurpen is van gesmeed 2014 aluminium voor verdere gewichtsvermindering.
