De Tequila Don Julio Añejo is gemaakt van 100% blue weber agave, geproduceerd in de hooglanden van Jalisco, Mexico. De Añejo Tequila heeft 18 maanden gerijpt in Amerikaans wit eikenhout. Don Julio Gonzalez, de founder van Don Julio Tequila, droomde van zijn eigen distilleerderij waar hij de perfecte tequila kon gaan produceren. In samenwerking met een lokale investeerder wist hij zijn droom werkelijkheid te maken: een eigen destilleerderij inclusief de velden waar hij zijn blauwe Agave kan verbouwen. Door zijn unieke eigenwijsheid en zijn oog voor perfectie, ontstond de Don Julio Tequila range.
