-Deze uitzonderlijke koffie wordt gebrand met behulp van een traditionele trommelbrander.

-De kunst van het braden wordt verwerkt door de stroom van hete lucht (70%) en contact met de wanden van de trommel (30%).

-Het brandproces is langzaam en geleidelijk door de modulatie van hete lucht, wat op zijn beurt leidt tot een verminderde zwelling van de bonen.
