Santa Rita is een van de belangrijkste wijndomeinen van Chili. Het wijnhuis is gevestigd in een historisch pand en is opgericht in 1880 in de Maipo vallei in Chili. Ze hebben veel verschillende reeksen wijnen in hun assortiment. De productie varieert van Medalla Real op het middenniveau tot hun topreeksen, waaronder de uitstekende Floresta-lijn en verleidelijke Casa Real Cabernet, onder de deskundige hand van de Chileense topwijnmaker Sebastián Labbé en zijn team met druiven uit heel Chili. De Medella Real serie is in 1983 opzet ter ere van de voorouder van de familie van Vina Santa Rita. Jaar in jaar uit wint dit wijnhuizen talloze prijzen voor haar kwaliteitswijnen. De druiven worden bij optimale rijpheid selectief geoogst. In de wijnmakerij volgt er nog een selectie, waarbij alleen de beste druiven goed genoeg zijn voor de persing. De kwaliteit staat voorop, dus de selectie is dan ook streng. Er volgt een fermentatie bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur tussen de 25 en 28 graden. Alles staat in het teken van het behouden van het fruit en de concentratie. Zestig procent van de wijn rijpt acht maanden in Franse eikenhouten vaten en de overige 40 procent in roestvrijstalen vaten.Hoe smaakt de Santa Rita Medalla Real Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon?
De druiven zijn afkomstig van de Alto Jahuel wijngaarden. Dankzij het gunstige klimaat ontwikkelen de Cabernet Sauvignon druiven zich hier uitstekend. Het resulteert in een expressieve robijnrode wijn. Met aroma’s van zwart fruit met hints van vanille, tabak en kruidnagel. In de smaak een goede gebalanceerd wijn met een medium body. This book is for everyone
Format: Kindle
Wealth of information wonderful advice to implement into your trusts and protect your assets. Chapter 2 was most helpful. This chapter covers many different trusts some I have never heard of . The chapter starts off with a quote “ You have to make sure that your assets and your back are protected before you make any big decisions.” Adam Rich.
This chapter explains what a trust is. The trust involves three key roles. The grantor, the trustee and the beneficiary. Covers pro and cons of setting up a trust. Explains about revocable and irrevocable trusts. Two trusts that caught my interest are special needs trusts and Medicaid trusts very interesting reads. So much more I only touch on a little. Very good read very informative.
