5 Torens is een tactisch kaartspel waarbij elke speler probeert vijf torens te veroveren door kaarten van verschillende waarden en kleuren strategisch uit te spelen. Elke toren wordt gewonnen door de speler die de hoogste totale waarde aan kaarten aanlegt in de kleur van de toren. Het spel verloopt over meerdere rondes, waarin spelers kaarten uit hun hand gebruiken om te bieden op de torens. Naast de standaardkaarten zijn er ook speciale actiekaarten die extra tactische opties bieden, zoals het veranderen van een torenkleur of het saboteren van de inspanningen van tegenstanders. Het doel is om als eerste een vooraf bepaald aantal torens te veroveren of om aan het einde van het spel de meeste punten te hebben. Het spel vereist vooruitdenken en het kunnen anticiperen op de bewegingen van de tegenstanders, waardoor het zowel strategisch als toegankelijk is.
