Wat zit er in?
- 23 plantaardige vezels: Deze omvatten groene groenten zoals spinazie, broccoli, boerenkool. Daarnaast bevat het ook rood fruit zoals biet, appelpulp, tomaat, veenbes, zure kers, framboos, aardbei. Deze werken als prebiotica om het microbioom te voeden.
- AMINOZUREN: Glutaminezuur, Asparaginezuur en Glycine om de collageenvorming te ondersteunen, antioxidanten te leveren en wondgenezing te bevorderen.
- VITAMINE C: Draagt bij aan de normale collageenvorming in de huid en beschermt cellen tegen oxidatieve stress.

Gebruik:
Skin Integrate 28 kan met of zonder voedsel worden ingenomen door het te mengen in een glas water, smoothie of yoghurt, het over eten te strooien of te gebruiken om gezonde snacks te maken, zoals energieballetjes. Gebruik 1 theelepel per dag.

De voedingssupplementen van Advanced Nutrition Programme zijn specifiek ontwikkeld voor de huid, haar en nagels. Het verouderingsproces begint binnenin. De huid binnenin met de juiste voedingsstoffen voeden is dus even belangrijk als wat je op je huid aanbrengt, hoe fantastisch de kwaliteit en de ingrediënten van je skincare producten ook zijn.

What did I notice about these shoes as a Cole Haan junkie? I was looking for some "cheapies" that were somewhat close to Haan's comfort. Tried several and these are by far the closest thing! So comfortable! These shoes fit according to size- and it was sad when I had to take out the insoles that came with these for my arch support ones- the insoles that came with the Bruno's are amazing. "Downsides" include fact that they breathe as well as we do underwater- not well at all! If you struggle with foot sweat- I'd look elsewhere. Also- the soles are super comfy but I get rocks, debris, and other things stuck in the deep grooves almost every time I walk off sidewalk. Just something to be ready to pick out regularly. Overall though- strong recommendation! Hopefully they don't rip out on me in a month! Will update if they do! :)
