Ongekende kwaliteit Boroli wijnen

Als we de kunst van wijn maken aan iemand kunnen overlaten, is het wel aan de Piemontese familie Boroli. In de jaren 90 besloot deze familie een nieuw project te starten en gelukkig voor ons hebben ze gekozen voor het produceren van wijnen. De kwaliteit is ongekend net zoals de passie en kennis van deze familie. Dag in dag uit wordt niets aan het toeval overgelaten en weet deze familie de glooiende Italiaanse heuvels en het ideale klimaat van Piemonte optimaal te gebruiken. Juist daarom voelt de eigenwijze Nebbiolo druif zich zo ontzettend fijn op de wijngaarden van Boroli. De oogst van de Nebbiolo druiven vindt handmatig plaats, onder streng toezicht van de wijnmaker. Immers mogen alleen de mooiste trossen onderdeel worden van Boroli Barolo Classico. De Barolo rijpt hierna 18 maanden in grote eikenhouten vaten, speciaal ontwikkeld voor wijnhuis Boroli. Daarna wordt deze vervolgens minimaal een jaar op fles bewaard voordat het de indrukwekkende kelders van Boroli mag verlaten.

De perfect gebalanceerde Barolo Classico

De klassieke Boroli Barolo toont een open persoonlijkheid met donker fruit, gedroogde kersen en cassis. Naast de excellente tonen van vers fruit, biedt deze wijn een goede hoeveelheid getoast eiken, dankzij de langdurige houtlagering. Weelderige specerijen kietelen je smaakpapillen. Boroli Barolo Classico is perfect in balans met zoete en zeer aanhoudende tannines. Een Barolo wijn waar alles klopt. Ideaal voor de Barolo liefhebber! I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
