Druiven: 100% Kékfrankos

In de wijngaard: Volledig biologische landbouw. De druiven komen van twee totaal verschillende wijngaarden: de vulkanische Hegyestű wijngaard op de rand van het Kali-basin, en de kalkstenen Király-domb wijngaard in Pécsely. Hand geplukt gedurende drie rondes.
- In de wijnkelder: Een combinatie van veel verschillende verwerkingsmethodes, net zo divers als de wijngaarden. Een gedeelte ondergaat maceratie met de hele trossen, een gedeelte krijgt maceratie door met de voeten te kneuzen, er wordt veel 'direct press' sap gebruikt, een laatste gedeelte van de druiven wordt onsteeld voor een korte schilweking.. Het resulteert in 9 volle vaten die voor 1 jaar rijpen met de lies.

Since receiving them, these king-size white goose down pillows have truly transformed my sleep. They are incredibly soft and fluffy to the touch, so plush it's hard to believe they hold their shape. Sleeping on them is like lying on a cloud.
The 100% cotton cover adds extra comfort: it feels cool to the touch, breathes well throughout the night, and helps me maintain a comfortable temperature while I sleep. Furthermore, the "reinforced fiber" structure is noticeable: after several weeks of use, the pillows retain their support; they don't clump or lose their shape, ensuring consistently good rest.
