Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut is de signature champagne van dit prestigieuze huis uit de Champagne-regio, gevestigd in Tours-sur-Marne. Deze verfijnde brut wordt geproduceerd volgens de traditionele méthode champenoise met druiven uit Grand Cru en Premier Cru wijngaarden. Het coffret bevat naast de fles twee elegante champagneglazen voor de perfecte presentatie.

Smaakprofiel

Deze champagne toont een heldere, goudgele kleur met fijne, aanhoudende perlage. Het bouquet onthult aroma's van witte bloemen zoals acacia, citrusfruit waaronder grapefruit en citroen, rijpe witte perzik en subtiele briochetoetsen van de rijping op lies. In de mond is de champagne levendig en fris met een perfecte balans tussen verfijnde zuurgraad en een zachte, romige mousse. De afdronk is lang en verfrissend met een elegante mineraliteit die kenmerkend is voor kalkrijke Champagne-bodems. Minimaal 4 jaar rijping in de kelders zorgt voor de perfecte harmonie tussen frisheid en complexiteit.

Spijscombinaties

Uitstekend als aperitief of bij gegrilde zeebaars met citroenbutter, oesters Gillardeau, gerookte zalm met crème fraîche en verse kaviaar. Serveer gekoeld op 6-8°C in de bijgeleverde glazen.
