Maar waarom bamboe boven hout verkiezen?
Bamboe en hout hebben in veel opzichten dezelfde positieve eigenschappen; bamboe is zelfs nog iets sterker dan hout. Waar een groot verschil zit is in de groeisnelheid van de materialen. Een boom tientallen jaren nodig heeft om groot te worden. Bamboe daarentegen, kan al sneller worden geoogst. Hierdoor maakt het deel uit van een korte koolstofkringloop, wat betekent dat bij het oogsten geen "oude" CO2 vrijkomt. Ook herstelt de plek waar de bamboe geoogst is zich ook sneller.

The taste is good but not great lol I take iron and sometimes it makes me a bit constipated so adding these to my everyday keeps things moving. No side effects. Easy chewing sometimes they clump together in the bottle but a good shake gets them apart.

I don't understand how some people are saying the taste of these are bad, I think their good. It took me about a week to set on a amount to take every day and decided on 3, with the help from certain fruits and vegetables I go every day now. Only reason I have it 4 stars and not 5 is bc of the gas it gives. After taking the gummies for about 3 hrs it's Alot of gas and man 🤢 bad!! But these gummies work and I'm not constipated anymore 😊

High quality fiber

Excellent fiber. I take it twice a day so it does fast but it's the best fiber gummy I've used in terms of results. Some of the flavors aren't my favorite but they're all palatable. I like the gummies because otherwise I forget to take them. It's hard to remember to take them exactly between other meds so having these sit out helps.
