Zo werkt het

  • Maak en snijd uw ontwerp: snijd uw ontwerp uit strijktransferfolie (HTV) met uw snijplotter of print het op sublimatie- of transferpapier.

Grote verwarmingsplaat

De 38 x 38 cm grote verwarmingsplaat en het grote uittrekbare strijkbord bieden u veel ruimte voor artikelen zoals tassen, kussenslopen en T-shirts.

Automatisch en gebruiksvriendelijk ontwerp

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
