Door het ouder worden, kan ons lichaam minder melatonine aanmaken. Het kan daarom nuttig zijn dit supplement te gebruiken om een gezonde nachtrust te bevorderen.

Ingredienten
Vulstof (Microkristallijne cellulose), Anti-klontermiddelen (Magnesiumstearaat, Siliciumdioxide) , Melatonine.

Gebruik
Om lekker in te slapen, 1-2 uur voor het slapen gaan de tabletjes met water innemen. Om de nachtrust te bevorderen, 1/2 uur voor het slapen gaan de tabletjes met water innemen. Bij voorkeur op een vast tijdstip. Doseringsadvies: 1 tabletje per keer.

Bewaaradvies
Bij kamertemperatuur (15-25°C) op een droge en donkere plaats bewaren.
