De lange HSS spiraalboor geslepen zorgt voor maximale precisie bij het boren van diepe gaten in metaal. Dankzij de extra lengte kan deze boor diepere gaten boren. De zelfcentrerende, gespleten punt van 135 graden combineert actieve snijwerking met perfecte centrering zonder te verlopen en levert zo maximale precisie. De gespleten punt maakt voorponsen of voorboren tot 10 mm overbodig. Deze precisiegeslepen boor van HSS (High-Speed Steel) biedt een tot 40% hogere boorsnelheid en een tot 50% lagere voedingsdruk dan standaard geslepen HSS boren met beitelranden.

Deze boor is ontworpen voor het boren van diepe gaten in gelegeerd en ongelegeerd staal, gietstaal, gietijzer, gesinterd ijzer, tempergietijzer, non-ferrometalen en harde kunststoffen. De boor heeft een cilindrische schacht (boor en schacht hebben dezelfde diameter) en is bedoeld voor gebruik in boorstandaarden en boor-/schroefmachines

Finally, a Loofah That Isn't Skimpy
