S&B Cold Side Intercooler Pipe 11-16 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke

There's two types of 6.7 Powerstroke owners: those that have already blown apart their drivers side intercooler pipe, and those that will. In case you haven't heard, the factory intercooler pipe is built of brittle plastic, that especially on a truck with even the mildest performance tune, is known to quite literally explode. When this happens, the engine is unable to build any kind of boost (think of trying to blow up a balloon with a massive hole in it), and you're left stranded on the side of the road. Its an inherent design flaw, but fortunately, S&B has you covered with this upgraded replacement that's not only stronger, but will outflow the factory unit!

Featuring a larger than stock 3.5" diameter polished aluminum CAC (Charge Air Cooler) pipe coupled with 5-ply Aramid reinforced silicone hose that has less restriction, you will gain airflow, hence increase the performance of the engine, while preventing a blown plastic pipe. The two piece design also makes for a quick installation that you can do in your own garage using basic hand tools.
