La vendemmia viene eseguita manualmente,

Si distinguono al naso note di viola, profumi di piccoli frutti rossi, ciliegie, prugne, leggeri tocchi speziati; in bocca è invitante, ricco, equilibrato.Il Dolcetto d'Alba "Campot", ovvero "campo situato in alto", è prodotto dall'azienda vinicola Castello di Verduno utilizzando uve dolcetto, provenienti da una vigna esposta a sud-est, con un terreno ricco di argilla e calcare. La vendemmia viene eseguita manualmente, con un'accurata selezione dei migliori grappoli: prima di essere messo in commercio, il vino affina per circa otto mesi in acciaio e tre mesi in bottiglia.
Molto versatile, accompagna gli antipasti tradizionali piemontesi.
