Hard-hitting stim tablet with caffeine, ephedra extract, and synephrine for fat burning

Stimerex-ES is that classic high-stim fat burner tablet with one main vibe: stack a bunch of compounds that crank up energy, alertness, hunger control, and that fired-up feeling you want when cutting. It's not about pumps, not a chill daily supplement, and definitely not for newbies to pre-workouts. It's a focused stim bomb with caffeine, ephedra extract, synephrine, yohimbe, phenylethylamine alkaloids from Senegalia berlandieri, and 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, plus stuff to maybe make it last longer or hit harder.

The two doses we know for sure are solid. You get 150mg caffeine anhydrous per tablet, which is a decent amount on its own that boosts alertness, reaction time, energy feel, and workout readiness by blocking adenosine receptors—those are the things that make you feel tired. Alone, 150mg is punchy but doable for experienced folks. But here, it's just the start. Ephedra extract at 25mg is what makes this stand out. Back in the day, ephedra and ephedrine stacks got noticed for firing up adrenergic signals, which means more heat production and less feeling wiped out. Real talk: the label says ephedra extract, not the exact ephedrine alkaloid amount, so you can't perfectly match it to the old ephedrine-caffeine studies.

Citrus aurantium brings 25mg synephrine, a dose that's right on point for fat burners. Synephrine works mostly through adrenergic paths—think revving your metabolism and curbing appetite without leaning all on caffeine. Yohimbe extract throws in another fat-loss angle by blocking alpha-2 receptors, which people talk about for freeing up tough fat spots, especially when you're fasted. The limitation i

Key Highlights

  • 150mg caffeine anhydrous per tablet lays down a solid energy base. It blocks adenosine receptors to crank up alertness, cut fatigue feel, and give that quick mental boost you notice in 15-30 minutes.
  • 25mg ephedra extract is the heart of Stimerex-ES. These kinds of ingredients bring an adrenergic, heat-producing vibe, making it way more intense for fat loss than just plain caffeine tabs.
  • 25mg synephrine from citrus aurantium adds another big fat-burning path. It's popular in cutting supps because it helps with metabolism and hunger control without making the whole thing caffeine-dependent.
  • A 510mg prop blend packs multiple stims and helpers into one easy tablet. The plus is the stacked intensity; the minus is hidden doses for most stuff, so you can't break down exact science per ingredient.
  • Senegalia berlandieri extract delivers phenylethylamine alkaloids like phenylethylamine, methylsynephrine, and dimethylphenylethylamine types. They're in here for that mood lift, stronger drive, and urgent workout mindset people feel right away.
  • 2-Aminoisoheptane HCl amps up the heavy stim feel. It's common in advanced energy products for a bigger brain buzz than caffeine solo, but the amount isn't listed here.
  • Theobromine expands the methylxanthine side beyond caffeine. It usually feels smoother and sticks around longer, pairing caffeine's quick hit with a steadier stim wave.
  • Green tea extract finishes the fat-burning part. Here, it's more about catechin boosts to metabolism alongside the main stim crew, not just general health.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders cutting who need more than basic caffeine for fasted cardio or low-cal workouts. The 150mg caffeine, 25mg ephedra extract, 25mg synephrine, and extra alkaloids are made for chasing drive, hunger control, and that warm fat-loss feel when calories drop.
  • Seasoned fat-loss supp users who've done caffeine burners and find them weak now. Stimerex-ES clicks when you want a punchy nervous system hit from a small tablet over mild daily metabolism stuff.
  • Early morning gym rats wanting a quick tablet without pre-workout mixing. It's handy for cardio, circuits, or tough jobs when you need fast kickoff and less fuss.
  • Busy folks in a deficit battling low energy and hunger early in the day. The stim mix flips a stronger 'on' switch than coffee, especially when dieting motivation tanks.
  • People into classic fat burners over pump-loaded pre-workouts. It skips citrulline, beta-alanine, or hydration space to focus on stim power, which some advanced users love.
  • Athletes who know hunger and tiredness wreck serious cuts. With caffeine, synephrine, yohimbe, and phenylethylamine alkaloids overlapping, it's geared for that exact fight.

How to Use

Kick off with 1 tablet 20-30 minutes before lifting, cardio, or your tough energy/hunger spot. It's high-stim with hidden amounts beyond the 150mg caffeine, so new users test tolerance smart and stick to the label. Swallow with 8-16 oz water. Empty stomach often makes it hit quicker and stronger; with food, it softens but might slow the peak. Skip stacking with pre-workouts, other burners, big coffees, or energy drinks unless you're tracking total stims. Smart add-ons are non-stim like creatine monohydrate, electrolytes, and protein over more buzz. Tolerance builds, so lots of pros save it for cuts, fasted blocks, or deficit peaks—not all year. Skip late doses if you value sleep. Keep it sealed cool and dry, away from heat or moisture.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes are chill besides swallowing the tablet easy with water, though some catch early alertness hints. By 10-25 minutes, caffeine kicks in and the stim vibe builds with more wakefulness, warmth, and mental urgency. Around 25-60 minutes is usually peak time for experienced users: sharper focus, less food thoughts, and that heavy stim feel from caffeine stacked with ephedra extract, synephrine, yohimbe, and DMHA. From 60-180 minutes, it might hang on longer than plain caffeine tabs thanks to theobromine and citrus metabolism tweaks stretching the end. Days 1-7 are about checking tolerance—how your heart, mood, hunger, and sleep react. Weeks 2-4 don't build like creatine; it's about steady energy and hunger help in a cut, but watch for tolerance if you use it loose or late.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Stimerex-ES per tablet?

Each tablet provides 150mg of caffeine anhydrous. That is a meaningful dose on its own, but this product feels stronger than a 150mg caffeine tablet because it also includes ephedra extract, 25mg synephrine, yohimbe, DMHA, and phenylethylamine alkaloids inside a proprietary blend.

Is Stimerex-ES a pre-workout or a fat burner?

It is best classified as a high-stim thermogenic fat burner that can also be used pre-workout. The formula is built around stimulant and thermogenic compounds rather than pump, hydration, or endurance ingredients, so its main strengths are energy, appetite control, and cutting support.

What does the 25mg ephedra extract actually mean?

It means the formula contains 25mg of ephedra extract per serving, which is a key part of its old-school thermogenic identity. What it does not tell you is the exact ephedrine alkaloid yield, so you cannot directly compare the product to classic ephedrine research with full precision.

Why does this product feel stronger than the caffeine amount suggests?

Because caffeine is only one part of the stimulant system. Synephrine, yohimbe, DMHA, Senegalia-derived phenylethylamine alkaloids, and likely metabolism-modifying ingredients like naringen and 6,7-dihydroxybergamottin all contribute to a broader, more forceful effect.

Is the formula fully transparent?

No. Beyond the confirmed 150mg caffeine, 25mg ephedra extract, and the label-indicated 25mg synephrine yield from citrus aurantium, most actives are contained in a 510mg proprietary blend without individual amounts disclosed.

Can I take Stimerex-ES with coffee or another pre-workout?

That is not a smart starting point. Since the formula already contains multiple stimulants beyond caffeine, adding coffee, energy drinks, or another stim-heavy pre-workout can increase the likelihood of rapid heartbeat, anxiety, elevated blood pressure, and sleep disruption.

When is the best time to take it?

Most users will do best taking 1 tablet 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or the period of the day where appetite and energy are biggest issues. Avoid late-afternoon or evening use because the stimulant tail can last longer than expected.

Does Stimerex-ES need to be cycled?

There is no loading requirement, but cycling often makes practical sense because tolerance to stimulant-heavy formulas can rise over time. Many experienced users reserve products like this for cutting phases or the hardest weeks of a deficit instead of running them continuously.

What side effects are most likely with this formula?

The most common issues with this style of formula are increased heart rate, jitters, anxiety, sweating, appetite suppression, gastrointestinal discomfort on an empty stomach, and trouble sleeping if taken too late. Yohimbe, ephedra-style compounds, and hidden-dose stimulants inside the blend raise that risk compared with basic caffeine products.

What should I stack with Stimerex-ES for better overall results?

The smartest stack is non-stimulant support: creatine monohydrate for strength and ATP support, electrolytes for hydration during training or cardio, and protein to help preserve lean mass during a calorie deficit. Stacking more stimulants usually adds side effects faster than it adds results.

Easy Set Up and Great Sound Distribution
Style: AVR-X3800H
I replaced an old Onkyo 535 with this Denon. It was a significant upgrade. There is zero noise, the Bluetooth is easy to use and provides excellent sound, and the HDMI circuitry is outstanding. The eARC capability is compatible with 2.1 HDMI, and it works seamlessly. Of note, I really like the way it provides the best sound configuration automatically for each source, and I don't have to switch around to find the best sound option. For example, if the source is compatible with Atmos, it provides Atmos. If it's only compatible with Dolby surround, it switches to that. Finally, the distribution of sound is superb. I have a 7.1 speaker configuration of mostly mid-level speakers, and the Denon uses them to their fullest. Rear sounds come clearly from the rear...same with each side, etc. And most of all, I don't have to tweak the system to get that. I just used the provided microphone and ran the set up (which was really easy), and I have really great sound. This unit is a good value.

Expensive, but nice
Style: AVR-X4800H
I previously owned a Denon AVR-2808ci since 2008. That model's remote control didn't work well, and all controls were unnecessarily convoluted, so I was hesitant to buy another Denon. The thing that made me give them another chance is that the sound quality was nice, and I was hoping their engineers learned from their mistakes. I'm glad I gave them the chance. This new model, the AVR-X4800H, also has excellent sound quality; however, unlike the old one I had, the controls on both the receiver itself, and especially on the remote control, are significantly improved. The controls are intuitive, and everything works perfectly. That alone made me happy with the purchase; however, the ability to run 4k @ 120 hz for video gaming, and with extra HDMI ports they have here, all added to that value quite a bit. Then, in addition to that, the old model I had ran super hot. In fact, so hot, from just basic usage, it fried itself three different times in the span of a couple weeks (during the winter time), and it kept being repaired under warranty, until they replaced the top grate with one that allows more ventilation. However, this new model doesn't appear to suffer from that same issue. It gets pretty warm, but nowhere near what the old one did -- and I'm using the same Bose Surround Sound system with the new one. That said, as a precaution, I went ahead and ordered an AC Infinity AirCom to put on top of it, to assist with cooling/ventilation, which has worked wonderfully as well. No the tempts on this Denon AVR have never gone above 87 deg, even on a warm room on the third floor during the late spring / summer time. The other hesitancy I had was the price tag. I only purchased it because it was on a "25% discount", from $2500 down to around $1850. Granted, it was similar when I purchased the other one 15 years ago, but it's just an awful lot of money, in my humble opinion. I would say it was borderline on whether I would buy it for this amount, and if it went up at all, I wouldn't have purchased it. I may not purchase it again for this price, especially if I have one already that is working well -- it was only the wonky one that I already owned, that I just wanted to get rid of, that put more pressure to give them one more chance. With a working device, I probably wouldn't pay these prices again. But, if it were a few hundred dollars cheaper, then I probably would buy it again. Hopefully this helps someone. It's a great device, just a bit expensive. And, if you get it, I would still recommend getting a top cooling fan for it.

Solid Next-Generation AVR.
Style: AVR-X2800H
I bought this for my 2.1 system used for TV (4K with 120 Hz), movies, video games (4K with 120 Hz), turntable, and digital audio. I have previously used Denon, Marantz, and NAD AVRs. I was using an old NAD without HDMI, and I really wanted everything to synch up. I tried out a stereo receiver since I am only running a 2.1, but I didn't mesh for me. It was fine, but I felt it was lacking especially around multi-channel audio and the lack of an LFE output for the sub. The 2800H was very intuitive and easy to set up right out of the box. Hooked up to a TV, it runs through everything step-by-step. After the initial setup, I downloaded and ran a firmware update. When I finally got to use my ears, the sound was already superior to what I had from the mid-2000s 60-watt-per-channel NAD AVR with an external Bluetooth/DAC and PCM cable from the TV AND the brand-new, 2023 model HDMI-equipped stereo receiver (that cost me more than the 2800H). After running Audyssey, the sound only got better. Then, I set up my 2 front speakers on a bi-amp setting, utilizing two of my unused channels to drive my woofer and tweeter with discrete power sources. The eARC and settings makes turning on my TV, PS5, and AVR easier and quicker. I enjoy the fact that I can use any remote to fix the volume so there is always a remote close when we need a quick mute or change in the volume. I find the HEOS app to be a little clunky, but I am loving it anyway. I can run high-definition audio through streaming, which is a huge improvement from using Apple Airplay 2 or Bluetooth. It also lets me talk on the phone, send and receive messages, etc. without interrupting the music. Right now, I am still tweaking my settings, but I can definitely say that the sound is really good. Have I heard better? Sure. This isn't an 11-channel receiver with Dirac, a 200 watt-per-channel, high-end "audiophile"-grade component, or a tube amp. It is best at multi-channel audio and does really well for music, especially with a good set of speakers and quality sub with parametric EQ. My speakers have are low sensitivity (84dB), and the 2800H puts out enough grunt to listen give nuance and life to music in listening position, to bump the music to listen in my kitchen two rooms over, or watch at theater-level volume in my medium-sized living room with 8-foot ceilings. This thing is getting daily use, and it is more than enough to get the job done in style. For what I need, the 2800H is spot on.

High-Quality Wire That’s Worth Every Foot
Size: 14/2 AWG-200 FT, Color: White
The GEARit 14 Gauge Speaker Wire (200 ft, CL2 rated) has been a great addition to my home audio setup. The 14 gauge thickness feels solid and gives me confidence that I’m getting good signal transfer without unnecessary loss, even over long runs. The CL2 rating is a big plus — it’s reassuring to know this cable is safe and approved for in-wall installation if I ever decide to run speakers through the walls rather than on the surface. What I like most: Flexible yet strong — easy to pull through studs and around corners Clear polarity markings — no guesswork when wiring speakers Smooth insulation — doesn’t snag or tangle while measuring and cutting Good value for 200 ft — plenty to cover multiple rooms or channels Whether you’re doing a DIY install or upgrading your audio system, this speaker wire delivers solid performance and peace of mind. Highly recommended!
