This high-quality knife is layered with softer steel over a hard VG-10 core, allowing for superior sharpness and durability.
Handcrafted using traditional techniques, the VG-10 Semi-Stainless Steel Mirror Finished Yanagi features a flat ground front (shinogi) and a concave ground back (urasuki), delivering a thin, sharp cutting edge.
