The time in barrel adds real depth, but it’s handled in a way that still lets the agave show. The nose leans rich and developed, with cooked agave, vanilla, toasted oak, and hints of coffee and dark chocolate. On the palate, it’s layered and structured, bringing together caramel, roasted nuts, spice, and a subtle fruit note over a core of sweet agave.
