The 48RE Dodge diesel 4WD transmissions from 2003-2007 are known for repeatedly cracking the overdrive housing. The transfer case is mated to the overdrive housing but has absolutely nothing in place to support that 80lbs aside 6 bolts. SunCoast's Transfer Case Support solves this issue with a specially designed steel bracket that installs in place of the lower two bolts (longer bolts supplied) and includes the common GM universal mount.
With the constant twisting and flexing of the tail housing usually seen in 450hp+ builds or those who tow regularly, it is not uncommon to see constant leaks from the tail housing where it meets the transfer case. This constant torsional flexing and fatigue cause repeated fluid leaks and damaged housings. By using the factory skid plate, and the GM mount, you have additional support for casing, preventing those damages.
What's interesting though, is this kit fits as though Dodge intended a support to be there. The factory skid plate actually has existing holes drilled already. This kit includes a machined steel spacer/washer (fits below the skid plate) with a tapered groove to clear the OEM stamping.
Now, if you don't have the factory skid plate, all hope is not lost. This kit can be installed by installing the following parts below available from Chrysler (sold separately):
- Skid Plate 52022048AH
- Crossmember 52022046AE
- Bolts (8 required) 6507342AA

Lots of Fun!
My Toy Cavapoo loves her bunnies. Good size for small dogs. She enjoys pulling each bunny out and tossing around. Bunnies also squeak which is a big plus for her.

Brilliant fun for dog, except for...
I have a 3yo German Shepherd Dog (GSD) and he can be very hard on toys. On days 1 and 2 he had such fun and we laughed at his good times!
Then...Day 3...cue the Jaws Music... While I was away for 10 minutes, he dismantled the ball into tiny pieces! Even so, the ball continued to light up, make sounds and entertain my GSD!!
Coolest dog toy ever!
If you have a heavy chewer....watch out!

Disappointing Dog Toy – Short-Lived and Ineffective
I purchased this dog toy hoping it would keep my dog entertained and engaged, but unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. The first one I received only worked for about an hour before completely stopping. I decided to give it another chance and ordered a second one, hoping it was just a fluke. Unfortunately, the second one lasted even shorter—only 30 minutes—before completely ceasing to function.
It no longer vibrates, rotates, or interacts in any way. Even when fully charged, the toy barely lights up and doesn’t do anything useful. This is a terrible product, and I’m genuinely shocked by the positive reviews. Save your money—this toy is not worth it.

My dog loves it
My Aussie loves it and he is a tough chewer as well, so it goes great with his hyper reactive personality. Durability could have been a little better, sometimes I have to take it apart and make sure it’s still in a good position because my dog will pick it up and drop it. With no cushion it did start malfunctioning at about 2 weeks. However, it does still work fine and he loves it even without the movement.
Note if you put it in a sock to protect it, my dog goes dangerous and held the sock and created a slingshot lol.
