Rosa chiaretto, dal persistente perlage. Si avvertono profumi di fragoline di bosco, lamponi e frutti rossi, tocchi di lievito; in bocca è fresco, fruttato, piacevole, di buona persistenza.Prodotto dalla cantina La Piotta, l'Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico "Suspir" è ottenuto esclusivamente da uve pinot nero, coltivate su un terreno ricco di marne calcaree. In seguito alla vendemmia, avviene la vinificazione con il processo di criomacerazione: le uve sono poste nell'apposita vasca per 20 ore circa a 6-8 gradi di temperatura. Dopo alcuni mesi il vino viene imbottigliato e si svolge la prima fermentazione, a cui seguirà una sosta di 24 mesi sui lieviti.
Ottimo da sorseggiare come aperitivo.
