Each fuel injector is expertly remanufactured to exceed the engine manufacturers' most current design specifications, resulting in less than 0.2 percent warranty rate. This injector features all new O-rings, connectors, internal hardware and springs, with matched intensifier body and plunger to stop fuel dilution. Upgraded end cap assemblies help correct cold start issues, and the nozzle testing process ensures that you get like-new performance.
A precision matched spool and control valve help to decrease oil leakage and optimize power output. Quality and Testing Assembled in a clean environment, using original procedure and equipment. Advanced end-of-line examinations, delivery, leakage and opening characteristics.
