Price does not include shipping! Invoice will be sent later! The estimated shipping is currently 100-200USD to US, Canada, EU and AU (other regions may differ). You will be invoiced when the statue is ready to ship! The shipping cost will be the same for both pickup and shipping options as the statue will be shipped from the studio overseas. Shipping available to other regions as well (for estimated shipping, please inquire).

The shipping time takes 30-45 days to US and 45-60 days to EU, Canada and AU (other regions may vary) as the statue will get shipped via sea. The tracking number will be emailed and updated on the order when it gets shipped from overseas. The tracking number will first show "Label Created" on a specific date. We generally count 30-60 days from the date mentioned on the tracking number is when the package arrives at the US/EU port and UPS/Fedex picks them up. Once the courier service picks it up, the tracking information will get updated with the approximate delivery date.

The wall works great , and I put it together by myself. I only gave it what I did because I have to move one or two of the panels on one end around a bit daily to make an opening to pass through. I find I have to check the screws that hold those legs/feet on frequently and retighten them. Beyond that everything was pretty good quality. (I ended up magnetizing an Allen wrench to one of the feet.) I also put on motion lights to the rollers so you’ll see them and don’t trip.

Return Logistics: Amazon offered a return, but the box is heavy, and disassembly/repackaging would be a major task. Final Verdict I really like this product, but I’m deducting two stars for a total lack of customer service. I’ve decided to buy tools and fix it myself rather than deal with a heavy return. I hope the seller sees this and reaches out. The lesson learned is to check every part of a product before assembly.
