Lobsters will be cleaned once split so expect to lose around 10% weight.

Note: Due to market fluctuations, we may occasionally source from trusted suppliers outside Cornwall or substitute larger with smaller ones. 

Please note that due to availability, your seafood may be dispatched to you frozen - and are likely to begin to defrost in transit, making them not suitable for home freezing.
