What sets this HDX Super Duty grille guard apart is its integrated MAX winch tray, engineered to mount directly to the vehicle frame for serious recovery capability. The tray is tested to a minimum straight-line pull of 16,500 lbs and is designed to accept most medium frame winches rated from 8,000 to 12,000 lbs, up to 10.25 inches tall. Precision gusseting and reinforcement throughout the structure help eliminate vibration and maintain rigidity in demanding off-road and work environments, which is why this design has proven itself on emergency responder and fleet vehicles across the country.
Finished in durable black powder coat, this complete kit includes the HDX grille guard, MAX winch tray, vehicle-specific mounting brackets, and all required installation hardware. Please note that installation does require drilling.
