Artist Info: Kate Green is a contemporary artist who works from her home studio in Cambridge.
"I’m an abstract mixed media artist who really loves a bit of colour! I also love to encourage and inspire creativity in others by sharing my creative process from my garden home studio, and through teaching abstract art classes. I create bright and bold paintings - art with impact. I enjoy combining splashing gestures with patterned precision, making vibrant and funky artwork that is full of life and singing with colour. The way that colours relate to each other fascinates me and the impact that these combinations can bring, is a passion of mine.
I describe myself as a song painter. Visceral, visual utterances of shape, hue and mark are my vocabulary, choreography and melody - art from mind, body, heart and soul. I use refined pattern, free gestural expressionism and repeated layering to represent and communicate things unseen, telling colour stories, sharing emotion and making the invisible visible.

I'm excited by the extravagant dimensions and intimate details that I see in creation - a joyfulness in the very act of creating that I aim to reflect in my own work. From intricate microscopic cells and atoms, to the sweeping expanse of space, sky and crashing waves of the sea. Like Elsworth Kelly I love to explore shapes and compositions from the world around me and abstract them towards stylised pattern and marks. Other artist influences include Albert Irvin, Yayoi Kusama, Frank Stella, and Roy Lichtenstein.
I love to encourage creativity in others. It adds dimension, depth and richness to life, aiding expression, taking us beyond the seen and ordinary."

Professional, attractive looking coffee bags.
Whether for gifting or selling or just using at home, these coffee bags are durable and high quality, and they look very professional! I have used a couple of them with no issue with my Mylar bag heat sealer and have been very pleased with the results. I think the price (currently $36.99 for 60) is a good deal considering the quality and quantity you get with this order, and I feel confident recommending these bags to others based upon my own personal experience with them.

Good quality bags
I'm far from a professional coffee roaster, but I do enjoy it. I used to use just little plastic bags when giving coffee to friends and family, but these work so much better! They are quite thick and just feel like they're quality.
I do not have a mylar sealer, but I did figure out that a vacuum heat sealer will work. Just gotta run the heat part a couple times. Probably not as good as a real mylar sealer, but it works. Again, I'm not professional.
I like that, being black bags, they include a roll of labels. Hard to write on black, so this was a nice addition. Overall, these are great bags.

The valve allows for the release of carbon dioxide gas while preventing oxygen from entering the bag
Note that you will need a heat sealer to seal these bags.
The high-barrier aluminum foil construction of these bags provides excellent protection against moisture, oxygen, and light, which are the primary factors that can degrade the quality and freshness of coffee beans. The side zipper design and heat sealable feature ensure a tight seal, effectively preventing any air from entering or escaping the bag. The inclusion of a valve allows for the release of carbon dioxide gas while preventing oxygen from entering the bag, further preserving the flavor and aroma of the coffee beans. These bags are really great for storing coffee.

Nice design, easy to pour, smooth coffee.
This is a really great design. We've been using this since July of 2024 and it's come in really handy for daily coffee making. Much smoother than a drip machine, and less coffee is needed. This starts the journey coffee making artisans.

Just the perfect size!
Love the size of the carafe. Smaller than expected but that was what I was hoping for. A good 2½ to 3 cups full. Looks modern and Chic and blends in with all the other stainless steel appliances in my kitchen.
