Our Rib Roast is a spectacular centre piece for the perfect Sunday roast. The base bone is removed as well as the cap which allows for easy carving. Our roasts are all matured on the bone for a minimum of 30 days which improves the tenderness and flavour of the beef even more. Choose between a 3,4 or 5 bone rib roast -make sure to have plenty leftovers though!

This roast is the Marshall’s family favourite for New Year’s Day- it looks and tastes amazing!
