Una bella trama tannica, perfettamente integrata, accarezza il palato fino ad un finale di ottima pulizia e persistenza.

Tra i tre vini che ogni anno escono dalla mitica cantina di Bolgheri, il Toscana IGT "Le Difese" è certamente quello meno ambizioso. Tuttavia questo blend di cabernet sauvignon e di sangiovese si è dimostrato negli anni grande vino rosso, sensazionale per costanza qualitativa ed affidabilità Una bottiglia capace di esaltarsi a tavola e di raccontare perfettamente tanto l'annata quanto il territorio in cui viene prodotta.

Morbido ed elegante, "Le Difese" è vino rosso che si esalta con grandi carni alla griglia. Anche con un pollo arrosto con patate, a casa.
