King Edward VII 1902-1910

Albert Edward as he was christened was born at Buckingham Palace 9th November 1841 eldest son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. King Edward VII ascended to the throne upon the death of Queen Victoria on 22nd January 1901, by which time he was 59 years old. His long wait as heir apparent earned him a reputation as something of a playboy which was not well received by his mother. Despite this English novelist J. B. Priestley recalled later, "I was only a child when he succeeded Victoria in 1901, but I can testify to his extraordinary popularity. He was in fact the most popular king England had known since the earlier 1660s." King Edward's VII coronation went ahead on August 9th 1902 after initially being planned for June 6th a postponement forced by the new king falling ill with appendicitis. Although named officially as Albert Edward he choose to rule under the name Edward VII stating that he did not wish to "undervalue the name of Albert" and diminish the status of his father with whom the "name should stand alone".

Edward died on 6th May 1910 at the age of 68yrs at the place of his birth Buckingham Palace. During his later years he increasingly suffered from bronchitis which lead to him having several heart attacks on the day of his death. Refusing to take to his bed, saying, "No, I shall not give in; I shall go on; I shall work to the end." It is reported that the Kings final words were "Yes, I have heard of it. I am very glad" after being told of his horse 'Witch of the Air' win at Kempton Part that afternoon.

Fantastic Mental Stimulation for My Dog!
Color: Higher Level-Navy A
I am absolutely loving the Dog Puzzle Toy! It’s such a great way to keep my dog mentally engaged and entertained. The concept is simple—just put treats into the puzzle slots—and it provides hours of fun as my dog works to figure out how to get to the treats. It’s amazing to see how much focus and problem-solving skills he’s using! The toy is sturdy, and the slots are easy to fill. I love that it’s adjustable, so I can make it a bit more challenging as my dog gets better at it. It’s also made from durable, pet-safe material, which gives me peace of mind knowing it’s not only fun but also safe. My dog seems to really enjoy it, and I can tell that it’s helping with his mental stimulation. It’s a great alternative to traditional chew toys, and I’ve noticed a positive difference in his behavior and energy level. Pros: Great mental stimulation for dogs Easy to use—just add treats Adjustable difficulty level Durable and pet-safe material Keeps dogs entertained for longer periods Cons: None so far! This toy is perfect for keeping my dog entertained while giving his brain a workout. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to challenge their pet in a fun and rewarding way!

Color: Higher Level-Navy A
My dog had a bit of a time figuring out how it works but she loves it now. Put lil pieces of bacon in the holes and she finds it all well.

The design is adorable and I love the little bones and paw prints they put on the tabs. They are easy to slide and the colors are bright and admirable. There is different difficulty levels. The yellow circles are more on the easy side. The red ones are a bit more harder if you have a more intelligent dog. The three white tabs in the middle move in a 360 circle, there is one missing so you can slide the red tab in to hide the treats. I use my dog's kibble as treats; the kibble pellets are 1cm in length and 1cm in width. I can fit about 2 pellets in each tab hole, there are 14 small holes which you can hide the treats in total. Cleaning the puzzle It depends if you wash it by hand or put it in the dishwasher. I do both but I prefer the dishwasher because it is a little hard to clean by hand since there is so many nooks and crannies on the toy. Of course, it is dishwasher safe and I recommend putting it in by itself because you don't want to cross-contaminate the dog slobber to be on your dishes. I wouldn't put crushed or wet dog food in it because it could get in the sliding rails and jam it up or get moldy. If you are going to dry the toy, open all the tabs so they are exposed. If you cannot, that's okay. My dog's opinion I have two dogs, a 2-year-old chocolate Labrador named Maggie and a 7-year-old labradoodle named Rufio, Maggie takes about 1 or 2 minutes to finish the puzzle because she is super energetic. Rufio takes 3 or 4 minutes because he is calmer; but sometimes I have to help him just a little bit. It is suitable for all dog ages and I recommend it if your dog (s) are annoying you. They both love it and I give it to them for mental stimulation and as a reward. The bottom has "non-slip pads", but if I'm being honest they actually don't work that well. My dogs just slide it around.

Great design!
Color: Higher Level-Navy A
This Joansan Dog Puzzle Toy is exactly what I was looking for. My little MinPin is a worker and he likes having a job to do. I purchased this to entertain him when rolling his treat ball all over the place isn't practical. This disc has a non slip bottom and it's actually fairly heavy. It doesn't slide easily. So my little worker usually ends up picking it up and transporting it to different locations throughout the house. Obviously, individual results will vary, depending on size, personality, and breed of the dog using it, but it's been great for my lil guy. He gets a little physical and mental exercise. It's sturdy enough to withstand his scratching and chewing. My big dog likes it too. The size is perfect for food oriented cats too. My cat is too lazy to work for his food though. So he wasn't interested in it.

This feeder will surely make your dogs work for their food.
Color: Higher Level-Navy A
I recently tried this slow feeder (I purchased 2 feeders) for my two Corgis (25 & 30 lbs.). Overall, it’s a well-constructed product and definitely slows down eating as intended. The design encourages dogs to work for their food, which helps with digestion and keeps them engaged. That said, there are a couple of challenges I noticed. The kibble sometimes gets jammed in the sliding doors, which can make it harder for my pups to access the food. Also, the feeder doesn’t hold a large amount of kibble—I found myself needing to refill it 2–3 times per meal to accommodate both of my dogs. Finally, my pups had a tougher time reaching the kibble in the middle ring, which caused a bit of frustration. Despite these issues, it’s sturdy, safe, and does the job of slowing down fast eaters. I think it could work especially well for smaller dogs or those who eat less at mealtime.
