The Bon Shoulder Bag is a drawstring-shaped shoulder bag with a mature look. It's sure to come in handy for everyday use, for short outings, and depending on the color, for commuting. The shoulder strap can be adjusted on the belt, so it can be worn not only over the shoulder, but also across the body. The bag is also accented with the main color on its body, with the logos and parts in white.
There are pockets on the front and inside, so you can neatly store small items such as keys, earphones, cell phones, and a travel card.
The shoulder bag's body is made of washed nylon. Since the fabric is washed and then dyed, it becomes slightly uneven, giving it a unique color and expression.The surface is waterproof, so you won't have to worry about a little rain.

Practical, logical, and comprehensive guide to starting and running an Airbnb

This is a great resource for anyone who wants to own and operate an Airbnb (short-term rental housing). The book is comprehensive. It starts with the basics and goes on and on, covering every conceivable issue, from startup basics to day-to-day operations, legal issues that might come up, how to hire a cleaning crew—even real estate issues many people might not be aware of. The only thing I found missing was instructions for how to deal with bedbugs, which are a growing problem throughout the world (and can wreak havoc on any rental property).
The book is well-organized, which makes it easy to read… perfect for anyone trying to learn the business from the ground up. It is well-researched, with many examples to show the reader how things work in the real world. There are a number of resources mentioned also: websites for additional information on how to compare rates, and so on.
The author is practical and pragmatic. He balances caution with enthusiasm (and vice versa). I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain additional income through Airbnb.
