Don't be fooled by his down-home demeanor and country-boy ways; criminal defense lawyer Ben Matlock (Andy Griffith) is worth every penny of his fee - one hundred thousand dollars per case!

Other main characters throughout the run of the series were Linda Purl as Charlene Matlock (season 1), Ben's younger daughter who became a partner to her father before she moved to Philadelphia to set up her own law practice. Kene Holliday as Tyler Hudson (seasons 1–3), Ben's first private investigator. Kari Lizer as Cassie Phillips (season 2), Ben's young file clerk who desired to become partner after Charlene's departure. Nancy Stafford as Michelle Thomas (seasons 2–6), an American lawyer living in London who becomes an equal partner to Matlock. Julie Sommars as Julie March (seasons 3–6), a district attorney who becomes a good friend to Ben. Clarence Gilyard Jr. as Conrad McMasters (seasons 4–7), Ben's second private investigator who is a former deputy sheriff and a rodeo rider. Brynn Thayer as Leanne MacIntyre (seasons 7–8), Ben's older daughter who works for her father after Michelle's departure. Daniel Roebuck as Cliff Lewis (seasons 7–9), Ben's last partner and private investigator who graduated from law school, the son of Ben's childhood friend, Billy Lewis. Carol Huston as Jerri Stone (season 9), Ben's last assistant and private investigator with a talent for singing lullabies.

One recurring character during seasons 3-6 was Les "Ace" Calhoun, Ben's next-door neighbor.  Les was played by the great Don Knotts.  All classic TV viewers know that Don Knotts played Deputy Barney Fife on The Andy Griffith Show.

Light weight, and high quality!
Size: 17" (2 x 4.0Ah)
I had concerns when we got this mower. It isn’t self propelled, and is smaller than our last one, but it really surprised me. We have a lot of yard, and are on a hill, which added to our concerns. It is lightweight, which makes it really easy to use. You can raise and lower the deck with a couple of fingers. It even goes up the hill easily. The only downside is the battery life. It comes with 2 24v batteries, and needs both to operate. They last about 30 min. My thought was to get a second set of batteries, but they cost as much as another mower. I like the easy maintenance, and light weight, and that it has power and is quiet. Great mower.

Great electric mower for the price
Size: 17" (2 x 4.0Ah)
This was one of my favorite purchases this year. The November isn't noisy, looks much better than my previous electric lawnmower, and was surprisingly powerful for what it was. Out of the box, it was super easy to set up. My only gripe is that I wish the batteries would last a little longer. Currently, it lasts about 45 min per charge.

Lawnmower
Size: 17" (2 x 4.0Ah)
Bought this and two extra batteries. One battery turned out to be bad and won't charge. The lawnmower so far is great. Cuts good and very lightweight. Would recommend it, the batteries not so much.

It actually does the job pretty well
Style: Lawn Edger/Tool Only
I floundered around for a few minutes, then figured out how to use it, and then made pretty good progress on my overgrown sidewalks. Yes, it uses up batteries but that's because it actually has enough power to do the job, unlike many "homeowner" tools. The handle is long enough so I'm not painfully bent over while using the tool, and it feels solid and stable. One thing I really appreciated is that it doesn't have a typical pointless, awkward "safety" interlock button that you're supposed to keep mashed down with your thumb the whole time - it's a comfortable one-finger trigger. Another good 20v tool from Worx. I'm "in".
