Hard-hitting multi-stim fat burner in an easy XR caplet

IFN Dexaprine XR is an old-school high-stim fat burner focused on cranking up your nervous system, hitting those adrenaline buttons, and giving you energy that curbs hunger instead of fancy transparent dosing. You can tell from the label they're stacking a bunch of stims and stim-like things to make it hit harder than just caffeine. In real life, that means you'll notice more alertness, warmth, motivation, and less munchies—but it's also why you gotta be careful, more than with a simple fat burner that shows doses.

The big issue here is no transparency. All the key ingredients are in a prop blend with hidden amounts. That makes it tough to check if doses are solid, and in stim products, exact mgs really matter. Caffeine anhydrous is the star—it's great for waking you up, feeling energized, and boosting heat by blocking adenosine and ramping up catecholamines. In a clear label, you'd know the caffeine amount to gauge strength, tolerance, and safety. But here, it's a mystery.

Citrus aurantium brings protoalkaloids like synephrine types that help break down fat and crank thermogenesis via adrenaline paths. You feel it as a tougher stim effect than caffeine solo, especially mixed with other adrenaline boosters. Rauwolfia serpentina shows up as rauwolscine, which blocks alpha-2 receptors—it's in pro fat burners to amp up the stim feel and give a sharper, edgier energy that kills appetite. It works for vets in cuts, but it's what can make a formula too intense, especially with caffeine.

Green

Key Highlights

  • Stacked stim approach—this mixes caffeine anhydrous, citrus aurantium stuff, green tea's theophylline, rauwolscine from Rauwolfia serpentina, acacia rigidula extract, and isopropyloctopamine. It's all about delivering bigger heat and hunger control than basic stim products.
  • Caffeine anhydrous is in there—it's the most proven for alertness, energy feel, and fat-burning heat via blocking adenosine and boosting catecholamines. The catch? Dose is hidden in the blend.
  • Rauwolscine amps the edge—it's an alpha-2 blocker used in serious fat burners for a sharper cut vibe. You get stronger hunger kill and stim buzz, but tolerance is key.
  • Citrus aurantium backs it up—bitter orange compounds push heat and fat signals through adrenaline paths. Paired with caffeine, it feels tougher than caffeine by itself.
  • Green tea extract adds theophylline—another stim like caffeine, so they're layering it for a longer-lasting buzz instead of a quick hit. It makes the profile more complex.
  • Acacia rigidula-style amines for extra lift—this shows up in intense fat burners for energy and mood. It's not your standard sports supp, so hidden doses matter more.
  • Isopropyloctopamine on the label—this one's big for checking quality. Limited proof out there, and FDA notes link it to spiked supps, which is a real transparency red flag.
  • Prop blend setup—the whole thing hides doses instead of showing mgs. In high-stim land where amounts make or break it, that's a big downside to think about.

Who Is This For?

  • Vets in calorie cuts wanting strong hunger-killing stim before fasted cardio or morning sessions. Caffeine, citrus aurantium, rauwolscine, and amines suit those chasing real burn feel, not soft energy.
  • Pro gym folks who handle high stims and pick caplets over powders. It's convenient and intense, with stacked stims for pre-cardio or lifts.
  • Body comp chasers in prep mode who dig less hunger, more drive, sharper cut energy. Rauwolscine and citrus aurantium fit drier, edgier cuts over pumps.
  • Busy types blending training with comp goals, needing one dose from early AM to work. Stacked stims feel longer and stronger than caffeine solo, helping training and diet stick.
  • Ex high-stim pre users switching to pure thermogenic. It drops performance like citrulline/creatine, focuses on energy and appetite.
  • Folks who get motivated by strong kick-in—it locks you into cardio, meals, low cals during cuts.

How to Use

Start with 1 caplet early, 20-30 minutes before cardio or lifts—it's for quick stim and hunger effects, no long buildup needed. If stim-sensitive, skip other stims that day, and hold off on coffee till you know your reaction. Empty stomach makes it hit faster and harder; with food, it's slower. Swallow with water—easy caplet, but stay hydrated since stims can dry you out. Don't stack with other burners, yohimbine/rauwolscine, or high-caffeine pre's—prop blend hides total load. Add creatine, electrolytes, protein separate—this skips those basics. Cycle it smart—tolerance builds; many rotate or save for hard cuts, not daily. Store cool and dry, lid tight, like any stim caplet.

What to Expect

In 10-20 minutes, expect clear stim start—no pump or strength. By 20-40, it peaks: alert, warm, urgent, hunger down from caffeine and adrenaline stack. 40-90 minutes, it's steady buzz, no fast crash—fits the XR name with mixed stims. First week, you figure if rauwolscine feels good or too edgy. Weeks 2-4, it's mostly handling tolerance—these are quick-hit stims, not loaders like creatine. If it dulls, that's often habit, not the formula.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is IFN Dexaprine XR?

Dexaprine XR is a high-stimulant thermogenic/fat burner in caplet form. Its formula centers on caffeine anhydrous, citrus aurantium actives, rauwolscine from Rauwolfia serpentina, green tea-derived theophylline, acacia rigidula extract, and isopropyloctopamine rather than pump or performance ingredients.

How much caffeine is in Dexaprine XR per serving?

The label confirms caffeine anhydrous is included, but the exact milligram amount is not disclosed because the formula uses a proprietary blend. That lack of transparency is important in a high-stim product because caffeine dose is one of the main predictors of intensity and stack safety.

Is Dexaprine XR good for appetite suppression?

That is one of the primary reasons formulas like this are used. Caffeine, citrus aurantium actives, and rauwolscine are commonly combined to reduce perceived hunger and make calorie restriction feel easier, especially earlier in the day.

Is Dexaprine XR a pre-workout?

Not in the modern sports nutrition sense. It can be used before training for energy, but it does not provide disclosed doses of common pre-workout ingredients like citrulline, beta-alanine, creatine, or hydration support.

Should beginners use Dexaprine XR?

No, this is better classified as an advanced high-stim thermogenic. The combination of hidden stimulant doses and rauwolscine makes it a poor starting point for anyone without established tolerance.

Can I stack Dexaprine XR with coffee or an energy drink?

That is not a smart default. Because the caffeine dose and the rest of the stimulant blend are undisclosed, stacking it with other stimulants can push total exposure higher than intended and increase the risk of jitters, rapid heart rate, anxiety, or sleep disruption.

What is rauwolscine doing in this formula?

Rauwolscine is an alpha-2 adrenergic antagonist often used in aggressive fat burners to intensify stimulant feel and support fat-loss-focused adrenergic signaling. In real-world use, it often creates a sharper, more potent energy profile than caffeine alone.

Why is the proprietary blend a concern here?

With a pump or greens formula, hidden dosing is frustrating. In a high-stim product, it is more serious because ingredients like caffeine, synephrine-type actives, and rauwolscine are highly dose-dependent and can shift quickly from effective to excessive.

What should I stack with Dexaprine XR if I still want workout performance support?

Add the basics separately: creatine monohydrate for strength and power, electrolytes for hydration, and protein to support recovery and body composition. Dexaprine XR is not designed to cover those performance nutrition roles.

Is isopropyloctopamine a normal fat burner ingredient?

No, it is not a conventional mainstream sports nutrition active. The ingredient knowledge base flags limited evidence and references FDA analytical findings connecting it to adulterated stimulant supplements, which is a significant caution point.

My house has never been so clean!
Size: 05-11S
As a neat freak, this has been one of my favorite purchases recently. Hands down. No doubt. Our house has seriously never felt so clean. With four boys coming and going, plus a cat, plus my wife and I both working out of the same house, this place gets dir-r-r-r-ty! But now, I just set this little baby up and get it goes to town. Note: the first several times that we used it, the machine's debris holding chamber was LOADED. We ran it until the battery died (and it returned to it's charger automatically), emptied it, and then ran it again as soon as it was fully charged. But each time that it ran, it was completely full! Every single time. None of us can believe how dirty we were living. Note #2: We now take it upstairs to do a deep cleaning there. We had a little bit of a learning curve to make sure that all of the electric cords and such were off the floor. (They untangle easily, btw, if you forget). My son with the cat had a room that used to smell terrible... it smells almost normal after we ran this several times through there. And the volume of cat hair that this thing picked up is crazy amazing. Hair that we didn't even see. I didn't know cat hair smalled badly, but it must've. Room smells pretty decent now (not perfect - there still is a smally boy living in there)! Note #3: We keep a pretty clean house. That is what is amazing about this thing. It makes it really clean. Note #4: After the first several runs, make sure that you clean the roller brush. It will make a difference. The tool that comes with the unit that looks like a comb does a great job. If you get hair or thread or similar wrapped around it, use the handy dandy letter opener-style cutter to easily and safely clean it out. The blue parts on bottom around roller remove easily for deep cleaning. Do it! Easy and worth it for better future results. Note #5: Does all types of floors really well. We have ceramic, vinyl, short carpet, marble, deep carpet - all on the first floor of our house --- NO PROBLEM for Eufy! It moves with ease between them all. Note #6: Problem areas? We have a screened in porch that has a door that allows tiny little leaves in under the door. I'll just set the Eufy out there and forget about it. When I see it again, the machine has run out of juice and the floor is perfectly clean. Or my basement office. Set it in there at the end of the day, close the door and forget about it. In the morning, the floors are clean and the machine is sleeping where it ran out of power. I take it back upstairs, empty the cannister, and put it back on the charger. Last note: It gets in tight spaces. It cleans edges beautifully. It spends more time on a room than we ever would, so I guess that is why it cleans so well. It gets under most of our furniture. Around most of our chairs. And oh - I almost forgot - this vacuum is SO-o-o-o quiet. With our upright, you can't hear yourself think. With this thing, I can be do my work uninterrupted. Disclaimer - I have wasted a lot of time just watching machine in amazement and awe! Thankfully I can now walk away from it - although the 7 sessions with a therapist to get me to break the habit were a pain. ;) I highly recommend the machine - if you couldn't already tell! I came back on to Amazon to buy a unit for my in-laws and saw the opportunity to avoid my job for a little bit to write this review! Funny, but I am glad that I did. This little fella is totally worth it. If you are thinking about which brand to buy, you can't go wrong with Eufy. Kudos to the manufacturer and development team! Note to manufacturer: Can you please develop a machine to automatically climb and clean stairs (cook, do toilets, do laundry)... ? People, you are going to love this vacuum!

Great robovac! We named ours “Robby the Robovac.”
Size: 06-15C Max
I hesitated for years to pull the trigger on getting a robot vacuum, and I shouldn’t have. If you are on the fence, get one. This thing has been worth the $250 in the first month, alone. (I compare it to a maid service fee.) It automates the simplest but most essential task of cleaning, because most dust and dirt ends up on the floor. It also forced me to finally tidy up all the wires and miscellaneous junk I had laying around on the floor, and thereby also eliminate areas where dust and dirt would accumulate, both of which were unexpected side benefits. It also frees up time to then wet mop and clean other places more easily, and tacitly helps me WANT to follow through with those final stages of cleaning that are easier because it takes care of the most time-intensive, initial stage of cleaning. It has been a life changer for us. The first week made the house smell a bit dusty because it kicked up all the latent dust from the corners, under furniture, and in the rugs. But once it got through that stage, the whole house looks and “feels” so much cleaner and smells nicer. Subtle but significant difference. I live in a one-story bungalow with mostly hardwoood or laminate floors, with a low-nap Berber floor covering in my master bedroom. I have a mid-size wire-hair dog who sheds normally, and it is perfect for picking up dog hair. I also have a nine year old son who adds to the dust and dirt. The suction is great on all of our surfaces. It works better than my stand-up “cyclonic” Hoover. Having three suction settings allows you to adjust the noise level depending on how clean you need the suction to be. The side brushes seem trite but definitely do work to help collect and”funnel” dirt into the collection bin. They also hit under furniture legs and walls edges to help collect the dirt that hides there. The collection bin does need to be emptied frequently (every few uses, especially when you first use it), but I look at that as letting me know what would have been on my floor if I didn’t have the unit. It is amazing how much it cleans off the floor even after the first wave of cleaning. The different cleaning modes are also well thought out: edge cleaning, spiral-spot cleaning, and random walk cleaning. I use the edge cleaning mode the most because dust and dirt tend to congregate along the edges. Three downsides that are probably fixed in higher end models. First, getting the app to work was unnecessarily frustrating and difficult because I forgot my exact WiFi password. The problem is that the interface requires you to go through about a five minute process for each “guess,” which made syncing to the app much more frustrating and unnecessarily slower than it should have been. Then with each failed attempt, I also had to also manually reset the entire unit by pressing the power button for 20 seconds. They should program it to test the password quickly so the entire syncing process does not take five minutes until you find out you typed the password incorrectly. (Especially because WiFi passwords are case-sensitive, so it is easy to mistype it). Once I typed the correct password and synced it, the problem was over, but it was frustrating and time consuming. Second, controlling the unit manually through the app is difficult because of the lag time in the signal through WiFi. So any time I manually steer the until, I use the remote and not the app. Not a big deal, but something to note. It is also too loud to schedule vacuuming at night. It woke us up the first three times it ran a scheduled overnight clean, partly because we keep our bedroom doors open at night. We are still on COVID lockdown, so I can’t just schedule it to run during the day while we are at work. So I just run it in the background during the day or when I leave to go to the store or take the dog for a walk. Nonetheless, none of those are dealbreakers, mostly just minor inconveniences that are acceptable at this price point. It still earns its five star rating for fulfilling its primary purpose and then some.

Life Changing, and Superb Customer Service
Size: 12, Size: 12
Hey folks. I bought this model of Eufy while on sale a little over six months ago, and have used it daily since. Thinking about buying one? Do it. No regrets here, and I wish I had purchased one when I first began thinking about it a year and a half ago. I live next to the Gulf Coast in Florida, and coastal living = constant sand. Fine, white quartz sand ends up in your home constantly regardless of how many rugs and floor mats you place at entranceways. Our home is completely tiled, and the powdery sand sticks to everything, so it’s a never ending battle keeping the floors clean. We used to sweep pretty much daily in the morning, and then use a hand vac around corners in the evening just to keep up with it. We also have one cat, a Great Pyrenees, and an English shepherd, so sweeping daily was necessary to keep fur from drifting into giant globs in corners and under furniture. After purchasing the Eufy, and charging it up, we no longer have to sweep every day. The eufy is simply fantastic at getting up all the pet fur and sand. Instead of sweeping every morning, I now stare off vacantly out the window while drinking my coffee, and the eufy sweeps for me. My five year old named our Eufy “Mumford” and we created a face cut out from a roll of white window cling vinyl (purchased the white vinyl window cling on amazon too- it’s meant for those Cricut machines) for the little guy. Mumford is now a treasured family member. For reference, my house is all tile and is about 1500 square feet. The eufy can clean our dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and playroom on a single charge, but since it doesn’t map out the rooms, I do place it in one room at a time, and block it off or shut the door. It does fine if I don’t block it off, but takes longer to get the job done. Since I keep the common areas clutter free, it is no trouble running the eufy every morning. I have my kiddos pick up anything on the floor, and then we hit the button and go about getting breakfast ready. If you are messier, or have a lot of clutter in your home- a Eufy probably isn’t the answer. It can’t do a good job if it isn’t able to roam around freely to vacuum. It fits under all of our furniture, and maneuvers well around my oak dining tables and chairs. If your home is very large and multi level, and you don’t want to pay attention - you may want something that maps your home. Eufy bumps around haphazardly, and when you leave it on long enough and run it consistently, it does a great job. I do not run it when we aren’t home, and I do not run it at night when we are sleeping. The last thing I want is for one of the dogs or the cat to get sick, and then have eufy run over the mess. Eeew. If you have pets, don’t make that mistake. If your home is larger than 1500 square feet, you’ll likely have to clean different sections at a time maybe on different days or nights of the week. Customer service is fantastic. After six months of daily use, our unit had a malfunction. The bumper on the right side would stick, and our unit would spin constantly clockwise. I contacted Eufy, and they did some troubleshooting with me, and when that didn’t fix the problem, I was sent a brand new unit. They emailed me a free return label to ship my old one back to them at no charge. All in all this is an excellent and helpful product, and the company that makes it is reliable and true to the warranty. I know several people that own one and love it, and have recommended it to friends and family members. Buy one!!!!!!

Cleans so you don't have to... QUIETLY
Size: 07-C30
I previously bought a Deebot for use on our main level floor, where we spend most of our time at home. It works great and connects with our Google Home. But we run it in the middle of the weekdays because it's pretty noisy. Still, we really like the benefits of a robotic vacuum. So, we thought we might try it on our lower level. I set it up downstairs, but found that, while it seemed to pick up dirt, the back end bounced quite a bit over the berber carpet, which isn't an issue on the main floor which is hardwood with only one entry rug. So, we went about looking for an alternative for downstairs. We really wanted something that can connect with our Google Home, so that limited our options within our budget. There were lots of great reviews of iRobot products for carpet, but I had a hard time with the price. There were a few other brands, as well, but they were obscure brands, and I didn't want to be stuck with an expensive vacuum and no customer service. Eufy was a brand I kept in mind as I shopped because we'd had a lot of experience with their parent brand, Anker. They've always sold us a great product at a reasonable price, and importantly, if a product failed for any reason, we'd experienced great customer service. I finally decided I'd pull the trigger on the RoboVac 30C because it had the features we wanted. I ordered it from Amazon on Thanksgiving with a bunch of other stuff I wanted to get. I was a bit disappointed that there was no Black Friday pricing, but it was still very competitive over the deeply discounted Roomba models *(see below). It arrived on Sunday, so very quick shipping via Amazon Prime. We set it up right away. The first, VERY OBVIOUS thing we noticed... It's quiet* (see below). Way quieter than the Deebot. As we had hoped, it also picked up dirt from the carpet easily and without bouncing. The magnetic strips also helped to avoid another pitfall of the Deebot... We have these chairs with unusual bases that are low enough on the edges for the vacuums to drive themselves up on, then there's a hole about 3 inches from the edge that creates a cliff for the vacuum to get hung up on. Both vacuums will do that, but the Eufy 30C has those strips which it won't cross. Put the strips around the base of the chairs, and no hangups. The only issue right now is that, unfortunately, the Eufy app doesn't play with Google Home very well. We are assuming that will get fixed. And if it doesn't, the app works pretty well as a stand alone, which is the next best thing, so I won't dock any stars for that. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this vacuum so far. It does clean very well and doesn't have any problem doing approximately 400 square feet on a single charge around furniture and other odds and ends on the floor. *Customer service : Many vendors will contact Amazon customers shortly after purchase of one of their products to make sure all is well. Eufy did this. I thought I'd give them a preliminary review because I wanted to let them know that things were going well so far. I mentioned that it worked great (didn't know about the Google home issue, yet, but I was overall pleased). I mentioned as an aside that it was a tiny bit annoying that it arrived on Sunday and the Cyber Monday deal made a significant price difference. Still, I liked it enough that I wasn't going to be too annoyed. I certainly wasn't going to try to return it and buy it again to get the better price. A couple days later, they thanked me for my comments... And refunded me the difference in price. They definitely didn't have to. But it was pretty awesome of them. *Noise level: My hubby set up the schedule for the RoboVac 30C. He decided to go with the same schedule as the Deebot, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the middle of the day. But instead of setting it up for 12:01 pm, he set it for am. It was running in the middle of the night and we didn't know it for 2+ weeks. I discovered it when I decided to make sure to have the app on my phone too and saw the scheduling error. To be fair, we sleep on the upper level of our modified split level house and the RoboVac is on the lower level, but I have ears like a bat, and had no idea. And yes, it's cleaning - - I've been cleaning out the dust bin for it regularly. Definitely wouldn't have been that way with the Deebot. So, yeah. It's quiet.
