Our "Shadow" Chimera is an all-black steel build made with a highly durable 4130 heat-treated chromoly frameset, powerful 3800 watt High-Drive powertrain, Magura brakeset (MT-Thirty 4 piston w/ 180mm rotor in the front and MT-Sport 2 piston w/ 160mm rotor in the rear), Handlworks potted and tuned ASI BAC855 controller, Sun/Ringle rims, and Cast 2.5" tires. Our bikes now offer two setups; a 36v 15ah "Commuter" battery capable of up to 40 miles of throttling range at street legal speeds, or a 52v "Competitor" battery capable of up to 20 miles of throttling range and higher "off-road only" speeds. Both batteries are made in the USA with the Molicel P50b cells, thermally potted, and aluminum encased. Check our battery specs below for more precise information. If you choose to purchase both batteries, you can easily swap them out by using our mobile app to adapt the bike's settings. 

Our bikes are assembled in small batches right here in Los Angeles. Please understand that when you make a purchase, your bike will be put into production, and will take around 4 months to deliver to you (depending on our order volume). You can check the current production schedule here. Once your bike is in production, it can only be cancelled for a refund minus a $200 fee to help partially recover our costs of raw materials and labor. For more information, see our refund and warranty polices. For legal reasons, we have to say that the top speed is 15mph.
