Used to drink: dissolve one package in 20ml warn water until dissolved evenly, add water to sufficient amount (about 200ml). You can add sugar, honey I needed.
Use for facial (blurring scar, skin lightening…) mix one package with one tablespoon water, cover the face for about 10 to 15 minutes. Wash your face with warm water.
