This system comes with everything needed to convert to a 4 Link front suspension. The system will provide less caster change throughout the travel range which benefits on road driving. Offroad the 4 Link system will provide more articulation than a Radius Arm for increased terrain traversing at all speeds. Fabtech's 4 Link System has been proven in over 10 years of service in consumer, commercial and military applications. High quality components with properly design suspension geometry is the pinnacle of Super Duty suspension systems. Each Fabtech component is expertly built in house and has specific design features and benefits as listed below. FEATURES: LINK ARMS & BRACKETS - 2in OD Heavy wall link arms have 1/4in thick steel brackets at the axle with adjustable alignment cams and Fabtech's legendary 5 Ton joints to pivot at the frame for an extended service life. The 5 Ton joints have been proven in military use for over 10 years and are quiet and strong. The 4 Link Arms attach to stout 1/4in thick steel frame brackets for a solid mounting of the new suspension. The geometry of the 4 Link arms and frame brackets has been designed to provide an improved highway ride due to reduced caster change and able to tackle rough offroad conditions better than a Radius Arm suspension. COIL SPRINGS - American made coil springs have been designed for a very compliant ride quality both on and offroad. Each coil is preset during the manufacturing process to insure no ride height settling over time. Allows for a 2in increase in Wheel travel over stock when used with Fabtech shock absorbers. A very thorough "How-To"!

This book is full of tons of resources and recommended tools to guide you along the way from a to z.. At the end of each chapter, the author also provides super useful "Action Items" to get you moving forward, breaking the process down to manageable doable pieces. Just the guide that I needed!

It's written in a clear manner, with practical the advice , simplifying the process for newcomers like me. There are tips on pricing, optimizing space, and how to make sure guests have a great experience - all are super helpful advice. Practical, logical, and comprehensive guide to starting and running an Airbnb
Format: Kindle
This is a great resource for anyone who wants to own and operate an Airbnb (short-term rental housing). The book is comprehensive. It starts with the basics and goes on and on, covering every conceivable issue, from startup basics to day-to-day operations, legal issues that might come up, how to hire a cleaning crew—even real estate issues many people might not be aware of. The only thing I found missing was instructions for how to deal with bedbugs, which are a growing problem throughout the world (and can wreak havoc on any rental property).
The book is well-organized, which makes it easy to read… perfect for anyone trying to learn the business from the ground up. It is well-researched, with many examples to show the reader how things work in the real world. There are a number of resources mentioned also: websites for additional information on how to compare rates, and so on.
The author is practical and pragmatic. He balances caution with enthusiasm (and vice versa). I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain additional income through Airbnb.
