BD 1061716 Deep Sump Transmission Pan 89-10 Ford Powerstroke with E40D/4R100/5R110BD Deep Sump Transmission Oil Pans are made with heavy duty 356T6 cast aluminum. They add strength and prevent the transmission case from flexing from high torque, which causes internal oil leaks. This pan also adds an additional 6 quarts of available fluid to help disperse heat and promote longer transmission life. It also features a vaned design to aid in temperature management.
