Features
- UV Resistant - With excellent weather resistance (UV, water and heat) PolyLite™ ASA is the ideal choice for printing parts that must survive in the harsh outdoors. Most plastics tend to become brittle and their colour turns yellow when exposed to UV radiation or sunshine but with PolyLite™ ASA the appearance and mechanical properties of your 3D prints are not influenced negatively by UV light.
- Water Resistant - PolyLite™ ASA is resistant to Environmental Stress Cracking (ESC). This allows printed parts to face the outdoors, high humidity and rain over long periods of time.
- ABS Alternative - PolyLite™ ASA performs better in both thermal and mechanical properties compared with general ABS filaments. It also features a Vicat softening temperature of 105°C which slightly exceeds ABS.
- Excellent Printing Quality - PolyLite™ ASA prints parts with a beautiful matte surface finish, suitable for printing production parts. Made with only the highest quality materials, PolyLite™ ASA delivers excellent printing quality and reliability.

Printing Settings
- Nozzle Temperature: 240°C - 260°C
- Build Plate Temperature: 75°C - 95°C
- Build Surface Material:
- Works well with most build surfaces i.e Glass Blue Tape, BuildTak® etc
- Rigid build plates recommended compared to magnetic flex plates.
- Build Surface Treatment: Can apply Magigoo Original or PVA glue to the build surface to improve adhesion
- Enclosure: Recommended
- Heated Chamber: Recommended for some geometries. 70˚C+ may be required for higher density and larger geometries.
- Cooling Fan:
- LOW for better surface quality
- OFF for better strength
- Printing Speed: 30mm/s - 50mm/s
- Retraction: The ideal retraction settings vary from printer to printer, the following settings may help.
- Direct Drive: Retraction distance of 1mm with retraction speed of 20mm/s
- Bowden: Retraction distance of 3mm with retraction speed of 40mm/s
- Recommended Support Material: Self Support
The above are printing recommendations based on 0.4 mm nozzle. Please note ideal printing conditions may vary depending on your 3D printer setup. For high speed 3D printers, make sure to increase your extrusion temperature in order to use higher printing speeds.

Compatibility
PolyLite™ ASA has been engineered with compatibility in mind to print excellently on a wide range of professional 3D printers. This material requires a heated bed and we recommend printing with an enclosure or heated chamber for sizeable or thin models.
Of course with thousands of unique 3d printer models on the market, we can't guarantee each filament type will work with every 3D printer. Slicer experience and setting adjustment is always required to get the most out of a material. Before jumping into an ambitious project we always recommend printing some known calibration tests to build or make adjustments to the filament profile.

It’s really pretty decent except for one thing.

I bought two of these for my basement and they do look great. They were easy to assemble and I’m happy with them. The problem is that the stitching on the fabric panels are almost the size of a machine basting stitch (which for non sewers means large temporary stitches). Because the panels are tight by design, the stitches had already started to come undone before I could finish assembling everything. Fortunately I can sew and I reinforced all the panels. I had to take the first ones back off the poles to do them but I did the second set before assembling. It’s really not a bad product for the money. It’s quality fabric and the design itself looks great. The stitching looks fine but it’s just not substantial enough for the purpose it is supposed to serve. I can’t imagine why it be sewn so insufficiently. I was able to resolve my issue because I can sew. I wasn’t planning on sewing nor did I really have the time. I could have made it myself but I didn’t want to and that is why I purchased this. I ended up using valuable time. The really unfortunate thing is, I have no other complaints. This is a manufacturing problem.

Inexpensive walls.

These have worked great. Easy to assemble. They are lightweight and stable.

Dont wait! Assemble right away! Just in case you need to return it.

Ok, I like the idea of this but the assembly is frustrating. One side lined up perfectly with the holes however, the small bars that connect the screen to base is not lining up. I think it's do the fabric the screen or divider is made of. It's not stretchy. I brought this months ago and just opened it today. I'm upset and don't even think returning it is possible. If the material was a bit longer or stretchy to give a little room to work with this divider would be great. However, I'm not sure what I can use it for since I'm unable to attach it to the bottom. Beware! Don't wait like me. Tip for the manufacturer. Next time invest in Velcro dividers so the fabric can be adjusted with ease. Literally if I take the screen off the frame aligns perfectly. However, it defeats its purpose of privacy. I might buy some material myself and create a more flexible divider. Or I'll buy Velcro myself and attach to the bottom. I don't know yet.

Great Product that does exactly what it says it will.

I really enjoy this product and it does exactly what it describes. I use it on my balcony. It is effective, but still very lightweight. It is easy to assemble as well. The price point is excellent. Also, I had an interaction with the company about an issue and they were incredibly responsive and helpful, fixing the issue immediately. Highly recommend.

Great WFH screen for video calls

I share a workspace with my hubs since we both work from home. I have the attention span of a 🐿️ and need this so I can focus on my work and not get distracted by him, since he is very amusing to watch. This screen is very lightweight and the panels can move and create a little cubicle around your workspace. I personally loved cubicles & despise open space seating, even at home. The ADHDer in my loves being able to block things away from my field of vision.
These panels also hide any mess behind you, especially if you forget to blur the background on Teams or Zoom calls or if you don’t have the option to change your backgrounds.
This was fairly easy to put together and very easy to move and adjust. The screen is a much better option than a sheet as I’ve seen others use on calls.🤦🏻♀️😂 I’m not sure how it will stand up around rambunctious pets or kids, but fairly certain it takes quite a push to knock it over. We have four cats & I’m pretty sure someone would try to climb this, which is why they’re not allowed in our workspace.
