KSM-66®, zinc chelate, DIM, and full-label hormone support.

RUT Test Booster is a straightforward capsule formula that supports hormones in three main ways: fixing common nutrient gaps that hit male performance, dialing down stress that drags on your hormones, and helping balance androgens and estrogen. And hey, this isn't one of those stim-packed things you feel right away—it's a daily boost for testosterone terrain, libido, recovery, and drive using nutrients, adaptogens (plants that help your body handle stress), and botanicals.

It starts with 5,000 IU vitamin D3, a solid daily hit of cholecalciferol that's in the sweet spot for keeping your vitamin D levels up. Vitamin D acts kinda like a hormone, with spots in your body for immune, muscle, and hormone stuff. If you train inside, work in an office, or don't get much sun, this is a smart pick.

Then there's 30mg zinc amino acid chelate, a strong base choice. Zinc is in over 300 enzymes and helps with cell growth, immune stuff, protein building, and guy health. The chelate form absorbs better than cheap oxides and isn't as blocked by food. At 30mg, it's at the high end of what you'd see in studies—great for heavy sweaters, hard trainers, or if your diet's low on zinc.

The star is 750mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha. This branded ashwagandha is top in sports supps, with 24 solid studies backing it. It helps regulate your stress system (HPA axis), cuts cortisol, and tweaks brain paths for better stress handling, mood, sleep qual

Key Highlights

  • 750mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha — this is a real dose, not some weak add-in. Studies usually go 300–600mg, but RUT bumps it up with this branded root extract that's got 24 strong trials for stress, cortisol, and staying tough in workouts.
  • 5,000 IU Vitamin D3 — a legit daily amount that matches what people actually need, not just for show. Vitamin D hits receptors all over and is a no-brainer for guys indoors or with low sun, especially in a male boost formula.
  • 30mg Zinc Amino Acid Chelate — high-end dose in a form that absorbs way better than cheap stuff. Zinc powers over 300 enzymes for immune, protein building, cell repair, and guy repro health.
  • 100mg DIM — right in the researched range for helping estrogen breakdown. It shifts how your body handles estrogen to keep things balanced, making this more than just a basic test booster.
  • 200mg Tongkat Ali — solid for libido, energy, and stress-hormone help. Not the biggest dose out there, but it adds a nice layer beyond just nutrients and stress busters.
  • 750mg Tribulus Terrestris with 95% saponins — the high saponin level is what counts. Data shows tribulus shines more for libido and feeling vital than straight test boosts, and this is a hefty dose with real actives.
  • 60mg Iron as Ferrous Fumarate — rare in guy hormone supps and a big deal. Iron boosts hemoglobin, myoglobin, and oxygen carry, which can be huge if you're low, but it means this isn't for everyone.
  • 400mcg Vitamin B9 as Calcium 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate — this is the active form that's better for lots of folks than plain folic acid. It helps with cell stuff and methylation, a nice upgrade on the nutrient side.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys lifting 4-6 days a week feeling stress tank their recovery, libido, and drive. That 750mg KSM-66® ashwagandha tackles cortisol head-on, not just herbs.
  • Lifters wanting open labels over mystery blends. RUT lists it all so you can size it up yourself—big in a shady category.
  • Dudes with low sun, heavy sweat, or spotty eats needing D3 and zinc basics with workout herbs. 5,000 IU D3 and 30mg zinc chelate ground it better than libido-only stuff.
  • Vet supp users who know hormone boosts take time, not like pre-workouts. Take daily for weeks to feel motivation, libido, recovery, and energy shift.
  • Guys over 30 seeing stress, sleep, and hormones matter more. KSM-66®, Tongkat Ali, DIM, zinc hit that life-hormone mix, not hype.
  • Folks after vitality with estrogen help, not just androgen stuff. 100mg DIM fits if balance is your goal.

How to Use

Do 3 capsules as your daily serve. With 60mg iron as ferrous fumarate, take with food to dodge nausea or upset. Morning or lunch is prime for routine and no late-day surprises. If iron bugs you, ease in: 1 cap a few days, then 2, then full 3. No need for pre-workout timing—it's about daily support. Stacks great with creatine, protein, fish oil, or non-stim performers. No stims in here, so your coffee or pre is fine. Cycle if you want, but run 4-8 weeks straight for adaptogens and nutrients to build. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight.

What to Expect

Day 1's chill—no big rush since it's not stimmy, but some feel calm or tummy stuff from iron and minerals. First week, KSM-66® might show with easier stress, better mood, or steady energy. By weeks 2-4, that's when it shines: libido up, gym motivation stronger, recovery better, stress less draining. If nutrients were low, D3 and zinc kick in here too. It's all about buildup, so give it weeks to see the real deal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is RUT Test Booster a stimulant product?

No. Despite a metadata mismatch, the verified formula contains no caffeine or classic stimulant ingredients. RUT is a daily hormone-support capsule formula built around Vitamin D3, zinc, KSM-66® ashwagandha, tribulus, Tongkat Ali, DIM, and iron.

How much KSM-66® Ashwagandha is in RUT?

RUT provides 750mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha per 3-capsule serving. That is above the common 300–600mg clinical range and is one of the strongest parts of the formula for stress resilience, cortisol modulation, and overall male vitality support.

Why does this test booster include 60mg of iron?

RUT includes 60mg iron as ferrous fumarate, which is unusual for a men’s hormone-support product. Iron is essential for hemoglobin, myoglobin, and oxygen transport, so it can matter if iron status is low, but men without a known need for supplemental iron should evaluate this ingredient carefully before use.

When should I take RUT Test Booster?

Take 3 capsules daily, ideally with breakfast or lunch. Because the formula includes high-dose iron, many users tolerate it better with food than on an empty stomach.

How long does RUT take to work?

This is not an acute-feel product, so do not expect a pre-workout-like effect on day one. Most users should evaluate it over 2 to 4 weeks of consistent daily use, with KSM-66® usually contributing first through stress and recovery support.

Is the Tongkat Ali dose in RUT strong?

RUT includes 200mg Tongkat Ali, which is a relevant inclusion but not an elite one compared with some more specialized Tongkat products. Because the label does not specify a patented extract or standardization, it should be viewed as supportive rather than category-leading.

What is DIM doing in this formula?

DIM at 100mg is included to support estrogen metabolism. Mechanistically, DIM helps shift estrogen metabolism toward more favorable pathways and adds a hormone-balance dimension that many simpler testosterone products leave out.

Can I stack RUT with creatine or pre-workout?

Yes. RUT contains no caffeine, so it stacks easily with creatine, protein, fish oil, and most pre-workouts. The only major consideration is digestive tolerance from the iron and spacing it away from medications that interact with mineral absorption.

Is this formula fully transparent?

Yes. RUT uses a fully disclosed label with no proprietary blend. Every major active and dose is listed, which is a real advantage in a category where hidden-dose formulas are still common.

Is RUT good for beginners?

It is easy to take in capsule form, but it is not the ideal blind first choice because of the 60mg iron inclusion. Beginners who simply want a general male vitality formula should first make sure a high-iron product fits their actual needs.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.

Slow, sorry but good
Format: Kindle
This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.
