Straight-up plant-based muscle support with 150mg Laxosterone®

Alchemy Labs Laxogenesis is a straight-up capsule formula for muscle support. It uses plant-based stuff and minerals to boost protein building, recovery, and body comp. No stims or hormones here. It's not a pre-workout or anything hormonal. This is for daily use, whether you're bulking or cutting.

The star is 150mg Laxosterone®, a branded version of 5-alpha-hydroxy-laxogenin from Smilax sieboldii extract. It's microencapsulated for better delivery. From what we know, it ramps up muscle protein synthesis and helps manage cortisol without touching androgen receptors. That's key because it works outside the usual steroid paths—think non-genomic stuff like Akt/mTOR pathways that boost protein creation and cut breakdown. Evidence is thin with no human trials yet, so let's keep it real. But the dose is strong: typical range is 50-100mg, and this hits 150mg, beating the usual benchmarks in this space.

Then there's 150mg epicatechin extract, which pairs great with the anabolic angle. It's popular for helping muscle performance, recovery, and body comp—often tied to myostatin/follistatin signals and blood flow. Research is ongoing, but 150mg is a solid amount in capsules, way better than the tiny doses some labels throw in for show. Lifters use this level for better workouts, more fullness, and lean mass gains over time, not just a quick buzz.

Urs

Alchemy Laxogenesis by Alchemy Labs contains 200mg Ursolic Acid 25% (as Rosemary Extract), a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 150mg Laxosterone® — this branded, microencapsulated 5-alpha-hydroxy-laxogenin is the heart of the formula. Usual doses run 50-100mg, so this one steps up with a real amount for folks serious about muscle support, not just label fluff.
  • Works without hitting androgen receptors — Laxosterone® helps with muscle protein synthesis but skips the steroid-like side effects. That's huge if you want gains without the hormonal hassle.
  • Focuses on Akt/mTOR signals for growth — the main ingredient taps into pathways that amp up protein building and dial down breakdown. For you, that means real recovery and adaptation, not just a feel-good moment.
  • 150mg epicatechin extract — a legit dose in a world where some products just sprinkle it in. It's great for physique and performance, teaming up nicely with Laxosterone® for muscle stacking.
  • 200mg ursolic acid from rosemary extract — this one's cool for body comp. It helps with keeping muscle, recovering better, and getting that leaner, harder vibe as you go.
  • 10mg boron citrate — not just filler. This dose supports hormone handling, bone health, and the mineral setup that keeps your training and recovery on track.
  • Four key ingredients, all doses shown — no prop blends here. In a category full of secrets, this transparency lets you know exactly what you're getting.
  • No stims at all — it doesn't fake results with caffeine. Perfect for late workouts, stacking with your pre, or anyone wanting daily support without messing up sleep.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in growth phases wanting daily muscle help without stims. 150mg Laxosterone®, 150mg epicatechin, and 200mg ursolic acid suit guys who track by workout quality, recovery, and body changes over weeks, not quick hype.
  • Physique folks dieting who need to guard muscle and recovery. Laxosterone® aids protein building and cortisol control, while ursolic acid and epicatechin help body comp in a deficit.
  • Intermediate lifters stepping up from basic creatine-protein to advanced non-hormone support. Fully open label, no stims, easy to add—better than risky hormone jumps.
  • Late-night trainers avoiding sleep-killing pres. This gives muscle perks without caffeine or timing hassles.
  • Strength guys in volume builds wanting more than quick boosts. It's for adaptation: keeping growth mode, aiding recovery, and making weekly sessions count.
  • Recomp chasers adding lean support without watery or stim-heavy stuff. Ursolic acid, epicatechin, and boron fit for harder looks, better training, and muscle hold while leaning out.

How to Use

2 capsules a day is the full dose. It's stim-free for building muscle over time, so stick to daily more than workout times. Try with breakfast or a meal to keep it simple; if your stomach's picky, don't go empty. On gym days, 30-60 minutes pre is cool, but hit off days too. No need for half doses unless you're testing botanicals—then 1 cap for 2-3 days. Pairs well with creatine, good protein, and pre-workouts. No forced cycling, but lots run it 8-12 weeks to match training phases. Store cool and dry, lid tight, and use steady to feel the buildup, not just day one.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: capsules mean no big kick—most feel nothing right away, just easy to take over powders. Days 1-7: you're building the habit and letting it stack up for daily support, not instant vibes. Week 2: start noticing stuff like better workout flow, recovery feels, fullness, and holding strong in cuts or high volume. Weeks 2-4: that's when you really gauge the team of Laxosterone®, epicatechin, ursolic acid, and boron. If you want a rush, skip this; if it's about a stronger growth setup, this timeline hits.

Key Ingredients

  • Ursolic Acid — 200mg — Lean-mass retention and recovery support from rosemary source

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is Laxosterone® in Alchemy Labs Laxogenesis?

Laxosterone® is a trademarked form of 5-alpha-hydroxy-laxogenin sourced from Smilax sieboldii extract. According to the ingredient knowledge provided, it is a highly purified, microencapsulated plant brassinosteroid positioned to support muscle protein synthesis and cortisol balance without binding to the androgen receptor.

How much Laxosterone® does Laxogenesis provide per serving?

Each full serving of 2 capsules provides 150mg Laxosterone®. Based on the provided knowledge base, that is above the commonly cited 50-100mg range associated with this ingredient category.

Is Laxogenesis a steroid or prohormone?

No. The formula is positioned as a plant-based, non-androgenic muscle support product. Laxosterone® is specifically described as not binding to the androgen receptor, which separates it from anabolic-androgenic steroids and classic prohormones.

Will I feel this immediately like a pre-workout?

No, and that is by design. Laxogenesis is stim-free and built for cumulative muscle-support effects over consistent daily use, not for acute energy, pump, or focus sensations in the first 30 minutes.

What does the 150mg epicatechin extract add to this formula?

Epicatechin broadens the formula beyond a single-pathway approach. It is commonly used for physique and performance support, often discussed in relation to muscular adaptation, vascular function, and body-composition support, making it a logical partner to Laxosterone®.

Why is boron citrate included at 10mg?

Boron helps support the internal environment in which training adaptation happens. At 10mg, it is relevant to mineral metabolism, bone support, and hormone-related physiology, which is why it appears in many advanced muscle-support stacks.

Can I stack Laxogenesis with creatine and pre-workout?

Yes. Because Laxogenesis is stim-free and contains no creatine, caffeine, or pump aminos, it layers cleanly with a standard pre-workout and 3-5g daily creatine monohydrate. That makes it easy to add without duplicating ingredients already in your stack.

How long should I use Laxogenesis before deciding whether it works for me?

Give it at least 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use. This formula is built around changes in training environment, recovery quality, and lean-mass support over time, so judging it after a couple of days would miss the point.

Is this product appropriate during a cut?

Yes, that is one of the more logical use cases. Laxosterone®, epicatechin, ursolic acid, and boron create a formula profile aimed at preserving lean mass, supporting recovery, and helping maintain a harder, fuller look when calories are lower.

Are there any hidden proprietary blends in Laxogenesis?

No. The formula is fully disclosed: 200mg ursolic acid, 150mg epicatechin extract, 150mg Laxosterone®, and 10mg boron citrate. That level of transparency is a major strength in the natural anabolic category.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.
