Maculosus Yellowbar Angelfish Pomacanthus MaculosusOverview:
The Maculosus Yellowbar Angelfish, adorned with a vibrant yellow bar and spots against a deep blue body, is a striking marine specimen. This large angelfish species can grow up to 50 cm (20 inches) in captivity, making it a magnificent centerpiece for any sizeable marine aquarium.
Origin:
Native to the Indo-Pacific region, from the Persian Gulf to the western sections of Indonesia, and up towards Taiwan, these angels prefer reef environments with plenty of hiding spaces.
Feeding:
An omnivorous diet suits the Maculosus Yellowbar Angelfish best. Offer a variety of foods including marine algae, spirulina, mysis shrimp, and other meaty foods, along with high-quality angelfish preparations that contain sponges. Consistent feeding of a balanced diet will ensure vibrant colors and health.
Tank Mates:
Given its size and temperament, it's best housed with other semi-aggressive to passive species that can hold their own. Avoid small, docile fish and invertebrates prone to nipping. Ideal tank mates include larger wrasses, tangs, and other angelfishes, ensuring plenty of space for all.
Aggression:
The Maculosus Angelfish can show territorial behavior, especially towards conspecifics or similarly shaped fish. Adequate space and a well-structured environment with hiding spots can mitigate aggressive interactions.
Experience Level:
Suited for the intermediate to advanced aquarist, this species requires a well-maintained tank and a keen eye for dietary and health needs. Patience and experience in managing larger marine aquariums are essential.
Water Parameters:
- Temperature: 22-26°C (72-79°F)
- pH: 8.1-8.4
- Salinity: 1.020-1.025
- Ammonia/Nitrite: 0, Nitrate: <20 ppm

Great customer service.
Glad I bought the protection. The vaccume worked great for a while then quit holding a charge. They refunded my purchase price (Amazon gift card).

Game changer..get one!
My floors had varying levels of dirt (think heavy traffic area vs lighter traffic areas) and the detection system masterfully targeted areas until they were super clean. This is a good value, time saving and elevated my quality of life.

Works great, might have to use distilled water if you have hard water
So far it's great!
It uses a LOT of water on the first clean (and maybe also because of using the 'Freo' ai mode) you can use tap water, but in areas with hard water, you might need to go through a lot of distilled water.
I think on future cleaning jobs it's supposed to use less water though. And you can adjust the cleaning level to a lower setting so that it doesn't use as much.
The app takes a little while to get used to, because there are many options and menus. But still very nice to have and use.
The vacuum has a dust bin with a very basic filter (needs replaced every 30 days if used), but if you want more of 'Hepa' clean air, you would have to use another type of vacuum before mopping.
It also doesn't get close to the edges of some areas for some reason, even thought it could fit.
Still, for what it is, it's a great product that will cut down on a lot of mopping time.

Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
To say I love my Narwal robotic mop and vacuum is an understatement—total game changer. I can’t imagine going back to any other robotic vacuum.
I have two dogs, including a Jack Russell who sheds like Pig-Pen from Peanuts—basically a walking cloud of hair—and this thing handles it effortlessly.
The vacuum + mopping combo is amazing, and it’s so easy to use and maintain. It truly does all the dirty work for me.
I did have a small hiccup about two months in, but Narwal support helped me reset it quickly and it’s been perfect ever since (I definitely panicked for a minute 😅).
Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
